Welcome to our Country House in Maple Valley!
Our private home has plenty of space for indoor and outdoor entertaining, is fully wheelchair accessible, fenced backyard with a large BBQ area with covered dining area, full size Corn Hole court, fire pit, playset with swings!
Brand new kitchen, open living room with a fireplace, pool table room with a TV and bar make this place perfect for relaxing, entertaining, and just hanging out.
This house is brand new on Airbnb. More pictures coming soon

The open concept kitchen and dining area is ideal for time spent together. You can cook family meals in the brand new kitchen, play a gameboard by the fireplace, or play a couple of rounds of pool in the adjacent playroom.
You’ll find more than enough space for you, your family, and friends, plus fenced areas for your dogs to run wild.
The main bedroom is both expansive and wheelchair accessible, with a TV and a private bathroom.
Grab your friends and family and come unplug in our Maple Valley oasis, just a 35-minute drive from downtown Seattle.

Perfect for family gathering

Layout of the home was perfect for cooking and socializing together - we really enjoyed the pool table & played a lot - great backyard for our one toddler

Home is in beautiful area!

Upon arrival we were pleased with hiw inviting the front area was. The rooms were spacious with comfortable bedding. The front room has a large comfy couch, but could use a couple.of chairs. Especially having four bedrooms, definitely needed more seating options. The kitchen/dining area is large with okenty of counter space, but kitchen utensils were lacking. We only had two butter knives, no steak knives, and only one of the karge knives were sharp. The backyard whike spacious was not very well maintained. Our roomate soent a couoke of hours weeding abd trimming blackberries. There were several holes in the yard that could cause a sprain if we had not spotted them. We were especially frustrated at running out of propane and had to finish our meal in the oven. I would, however, stsy again at this location.

Great house! Great stay!

This house was a great find for our family of 6 for a week stay. Well-equipped, large fenced yard with tons of stuff for kids, lovely great room for meals and hanging out. Nice bathrooms with a large laundry room. Everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you Kim and Evelyn!

We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and back yard. We also appreciated the extra blankets. The house was well stocked except for water, but when we notified the property manager she responded quickly.

Well appointed rental

This was a great VRBO. Very well appointed with everything you could need for a terrific stay. Evelyn quickly responded to all communications and was eager to make our stay perfect. The beds and bedding were all very comfortable. The only thing that could be improved was the low water pressure in the master shower. We were there with snow on the ground, but could see the property would be great for summer, kids and very dog friendly. I gave a three star for location just because it's kind of in the middle of nowhere. The neighborhood felt very safe. I would definitely recommend to others.

Great family getaway

The owners were very responsive and friendly. The house is beautiful and clean with a great private location. We gathered with our young adult and teen kids for a wonderful Christmas. We plan to come back again and as our family grows we may add on one of the other rentals on the property.

Country Home with Many Activities

Overall, this house was fantastic! Lots of space and seating for multiple people. Pool table. Amazing backyard space. 4 bedrooms and all of the beds were comfortable. Lots of bath towels provided. Well-stocked kitchen. Large Smart TV in the living room and one in the master. Additionally, the owner was super communicative and accommodating. My two comments would be that we noticed that a few small areas had been missed with cleaning and that there weren't a bunch of extra supplies (toilet paper, Kleenex, dish soap, etc.). These weren't a problem for our group but I thought it might be worth mentioning. Overall, definitely a fantastic place to stay!

Beautiful place

Our stay was very enjoyable. The back yard is beautiful and set up to entertain, and the house is gorgeous.
