🏔️Ma’s Riverside Condo is located on the Green River just above beautiful falls in Ravensdale, WA. We are tucked away in a private, gated, serene setting up in the mountains. Yet, only a quick drive to the adorable town of Enumclaw, 45 minutes to Crystal Mountain Ski Resort, a 1/4 mile from Kanaskat State Park, and just 15 minutes from Maple Valley.

The Condo is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 1 bath with a beautiful open living space, kitchen is fully stocked and ready for use should you decide to cook a meal. Outside the condo is your own little oasis with lounge chairs, & a bbq to enjoy the beautiful views. All with private access to the river. Don’t forget your fishing pole, kayaks, paddle boards, & life jackets. There is so much to offer for the outdoor enthusiasts! *There is a small decline to entrance of condo. Condo is a walk out daylight basement, there is a unit above🌿

Clean & comfortable stay

Great location. Exactly as pictured. Ravensdale and Enumclaw have great restaurants and boutique smalltown feel. Beautiful drive to Mt. Ranier.

Beautiful Area

We had a wonderful time! The place was clean and bigger than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed playing in the river and going to Kanaskat Palmer State Park which is just up the road.

Great condo by the river

This condo is clean, comfortable, and was in a perfect location for our family activities. We enjoyed being close to the river and falling asleep to the beautiful sounds of the water. I would definitely come back and recommend to those seeking a relaxing stay.

Very Peaceful property and cozy place to stay!

Our condo was very clean and very nice to be in for a whole week. My little one felt right at home and we were very comfortable during our stay! Sunny and Eric were excellent hosts with very great and clear communication. I would definitely stay here again! 😊

4th of July week

enjoyed that we were able to hear the river. There was a train that went by a few times each day, actually found it nice. Very clean, very private and quiet (except for the welcome train)

Hometown stay

Host was very communicative. Left us a nice bottle of wine. Location is ways out for any services, but nice that it’s next to the State park. Rental was cute and clean. Thanks for the nice stay!

Such a sweet spot!

We were in town for Mtn bike races at Tiger Mountain and found this little gem. The condo was spacious, clean and newly done. Also the property was gated and private, and we cannot wait to come back when we can spend more time at the condo / property!

Excellent stay all around!

I was so impressed with the accommodation. It appears newly remodeled with super clean and modern style. Great open concept and bathroom. View and sound of river/bridge as the backdrop was peaceful. At first you may think you’re driving into someone’s place of business or workshop, but the accommodation is located below the house to the left as you drive in. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Scenery

The stay was perfect, had some problems with my phone and the host tried to help, but I have a super tech savvy Cousin who figured it out. Weather was bad so hoping I can come back and see the beauty in better weather. Bed was super comfy and apartment was larger than I thought. Very private and quiet other than an occasional train coming through, I enjoyed it. This is probably one of the nicest places I have stayed. Thank you for hosting such a nice place!!

Anniversary getaway

We enjoyed our time at Sunny’s. She responded to all of our questions and was willing to make accommodations. The condo was just as pictured and is a walkout basement with the owners family living above. She and her family were inviting and friendly. The condo was clean, beautifully decorated and in proximity to the NE and NW sides of Mt Rainier National Park. Enumclaw was a great area for dining and shopping. The Green river behind the condo was so nice and relaxing. My husband enjoyed fishing there.

Great clean recommended place to be out in the country

The hosts are super accommodating and focused on you having a great stay, which we did. House was super clean and had all the needed amenities. Beautiful location out in the country with views along a river. The property is shared with another house and is the walkout basement level of a house but it was super quiet as if we were alone in the woods. Host was great in communicating access and additional info, especially as I believe we were the first guests for them.

Riverside condo

Title says it all. It was so clean it seemed like new construction. It is the bottom floor of the owners home and you can hear them walk around their home but the best part is the river access. The view is great and the river was fun to swim in. Only real issue we had was the baseboard seems to be broken on one side of the bed so sleeping wasnt great, but overall it was a good time.

Perfect host, newly remodeled

This newly remodeled location is cared for by a family who truly understands what it means to be a good host. The location is perfectly remote and quiet, there are families who live nearby but this was actually kind of nice- they were so quiet and polite it really did feel like we were alone most of the time. The host is likely unable to advertise swimming for legal reasons, but we walked just below the rental and totally jumped in the Green River for a dip. The location is to die for and the clean river water beneath a train line is an amazing perk. For me it was the zen I needed. If I ever come back to Palmer, I will definitely come knocking to stay here again.

SO great!!

Thank you so much, Sunny and Eric! The condo was perfect for myself and two daughters for a little getaway in the mountains. It was super cute, clean, fully stocked and we loved it. Sunny was very communicative before and during our stay and we hope to come again another time. The location itself is absolutely beautiful…we found ourselves taking our time and not in a rush to go do things because it was just such a relaxing place to be. If you’re wondering if this is a good spot for you, we stayed here and went to mt Rainier one day, to South fork for rattlesnake ledge hike another day. Enumclaw is a cute town with a grocery store and places to eat/shop. We chose to do Seattle on our day in and day out but it was only 45 min or so away.

Beautiful spot and a great find!

We were looking for a place to stay the night before our Triathlon, and a good night's sleep was a priority. Sunny's place did not disappoint! Brand new everything... it was clean, quiet, beds were comfortable, sheets were soft, good pillows, kitchen was well-equipped, it really was everything we needed. Sunny was a great host, we found thoughtful touches everywhere. At night, we walked outside under the full moon, listened to the river and heard a train roll by in the distance... so comforting! It was fun to come out here from Seattle and feel like we really got away from it all. The next day after our race we soaked our muscles in the river. What more could you ask for! We will definitely be back, thanks Sunny!

Amazing 2 Week Stay For Our Family

Sunny was absolutely amazing! So sweet and excellent communication. We stayed for 2 weeks while we waited for our home to be ready to move into. We moved from Florida to Seattle and needed a place to stay for the in between. We found Ma's Riverside Condo and it was perfect! Our kids (ages 11, 9, and 5) loved the river that was a small trek from the house. They went down to it to play every day. The view from the condo is spectacular with the mountains, river, and train bridge. The kids loved every time a train came! They would run outside to watch. Sunny checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. My kids also loved anytime their dogs would come to visit, especially Doggy! Thank you so much for having us Sunny and Eric and for making our first couple weeks in Washington so special.

Perfect R&R

My husband and I live locally and wanted a weekend getaway to sit back and relax. This property definitely delivered. Although there was a neighboring home and second apartment above ours, our space felt very private and secluded. The apartment overlooks the river and train trestle. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the train come through every 6-8hrs and listening to the river rapids. The apartment had all the kitchen basics we needed (can opener, plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc), and was clean and inviting. The king bed was comfortable and a good balance of soft and firm. We did hear a little bit of noise from the resident in the apartment above, but very minimal and not at unreasonable hours. Our favorite part of our stay was the river access. A short switchback down the hill and we found ourselves on a beautiful stretch of the river. There were both calm, deeper pools for swimming and shallow rapids for tubing. Lots of fun rocks to climb and we enjoyed watching tadpoles and fish in the clear water. As expected, there were a lot of bugs by the water so pack some bug spray but it didn’t detour from our experience. Definitely recommend this stay!
