The setting is beautiful, saw bears closely, easy check-in and exit. Plenty of space for a couple. Not too far from Gatlinburg and the national park. The interior could use an update. Comfortable, enough kitchen cookware, but just looks a bit tired. That being said, we’d definitely stay again.

My husband and I spent the week in the condo. It was the perfect size for us and the views of the mountains were amazing. The road up to the condo took us a little to get use to but all the switchbacks were worth it for the gorgeous view!!

The condo isn’t fully modernized, but it’s a very comfortable space, and we’ve replaced the flooring throughout within the last year. We’ll continue applying updates periodically as cash flow permits, and the current level of modernization is reflected in the price. Our stay in Gatlinburg, TN was overall okay. It met the basic expectations for a short trip. One thing to note is that the road leading to the property is a bit tricky. I would recommend using a 4x4 vehicle during the winter, as the route can be challenging. It’s also a good idea to make your first visit during daylight, because finding the place in the dark can be confusing.That said, the area itself is beautiful. Gatlinburg is a great city to visit, and being in the mountains is always refreshing. The peaceful atmosphere, scenery, and fresh air make it a wonderful spot to relax and recharge.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I’m glad you enjoyed the peaceful setting and the beauty of the Gatlinburg area — the mountains really do make it a wonderful place to relax and recharge. As for the drive, I always like to say you can’t get mountain views without driving up mountain roads. That means switchbacks and elevation changes that feel very different from city driving. Relative to other mountain roads in the Smokies — including some right in Gatlinburg — the roads leading to the property are actually very good. Our property is also located on a main throughfare, which means it is a priority for maintenance and clearing. After the occasional snow, we recommend waiting until the plow service has been through and watching the first couple of cars come up the mountain. That’s the best way to confirm the roads are in good shape before heading out. I appreciate your feedback and am glad the area left a positive impression.

Pat, Thanks for your stay. People tend to think that the heart of the town is where the activity is but we have as much maybe more here. Access to to trail heads that branch into numerous trails; views; golf; zipline; rafting, etc.

Beautiful Mountain View

We love this area, beautiful mountain views overlooking the golf course. The drive up to the condo was a overwhelming for me but not for my husband.

Thanks Loretta, Mountain roads to residences have to have lots of switch backs and they are all built on the side of the mountain. That said these roads are far better than most residential mountain roads.

Last min get away-

The stay was quick but great! Comfortable, a little older but shouldn't it be that way in the mountains! Felt like I was staying at a family members house.

What a view

The condo was perfect. Everything was clean, and we had zero problems with getting in or locking up using the app. The view is SPECTACULAR. So much so it was distracting while just relaxing in the living room. We would definitely stay here again.

I have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.

Convenient to Smoky Mountain National Forest, Gatlinburg. Quiet neighborhood with dedicated security and plow service. Surrounded by national parklands which result in a massive amount of wildlife all around us. Relaxing mountain views.

A short drive to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and Biltmore Estate.

Roads maintained by the HOA, winter snows are addressed immediately making chains or 4 WD unnecessary. As legal disclaimer assumes vehicle operator exercised prudent judgment using plowed roads. I personally have not used 4 WD to access the property and have had about 6 snows now.
