You can't beat this location if you are looking for a relaxing retreat from the hustle and bustle.

Perfect place for two

We had a wedding across the street at Holiday Valley, and it was super convenient to walk across. We didnt spend too much time inside the room

This rental property is in an excellent location for skiing, hiking. Especially hiking this year. Close to downtown Ellicottville where there are excellent shops and dining options.

Musicfest weekend

Although clean enough the air conditioner didn’t work. We had an awful time getting in we didn’t have the code to get in and had to call a number which then they called the owners to call us. It was hard to find. Wish I knew more about it before arriving.

Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time and this property served all our needs just fine. Location close to skiing and downtown Ellicotville was definitely ideal. Other than some dog hair on the couch and floor the place was clean. Murphy bed was very comfortable. I texted the property manager a simple question and he responded very quickly. Two complaints: one was the blinds on the back sliding door are broken, leaving a gap for lights coming in at night and lack of privacy. Second, there’s a stove but no pans to cook with. We simply wanted to make sausage and eggs for breakfast and there weren’t any pans to use :(

Great Stay

Really great location, I was able to walk into town and grab food or go get drinks. The property itself was very clean and all the bedding was fresh and comfortable. Having the kitchen stocked with pots and pans was very nice as well! Thank you!

Small and no bedroom, and no air conditioning

Was very surprised to get there late in the evening(10pm) and not at all east to find the apartment number we were staying in as it was on the back side of the building, not on the parking lot side. We got into the unit to find there was no air conditioning and the weather has been 80’s daily, and when we looked for the bedroom, all there was is a Murphy bed in the living area. No basic condiments, and kitchen was not user friendly. Not worth the price paid and will not be staying there again!

Comfortable and clean. The sofa sleeper and Murphy bed were better than expected. Good parking and very close to the ski slopes, but not within walking distance. Bring paper towels, napkins and good knives. Like most Vrbo places, the knives are dull. Otherwise it’s a good place to stay

Can't walk to the mountain

My family rented this property in hopes of being able to walk to the mountain to ski, that was not the case. We will not stay at this property again more so because of its size and lack of cleanliness.

Cozy, convenient to the ski slope.

Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy your lovely condo in Ellicottville/Holiday Valley. All necessary kitchen utencils and pots and pans are provided for easy meal preparation. The condo is a great location and it was quiet, warm, and cozy.

Check in was very easy. Tough to find property at night. Front door and number is not by the parking lot. Condo was clean and bed was comfy.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our time in Ellicottville and had a really fun time. The property is right across from the ski slopes and only a short walk to town. We had everything we needed for a long weekend away. The place is very well kept and included all the amenities you need. We would definitely come back.
