Comfortable and cozy condo, perfect for couples or small families. The hosts are terrific and very helpful, immediately responded to any question. The kitchen is nicely equipped with a great cookware set and anything needed to make a meal. The location is wonderful. Quiet and private, and easy walking distance to downtown Ellicottville. Loved oir stay.

Cute loft apartment with all the essentials. Apartment is well kept and hosts were very responsive. The location was great, practically across the street from holiday valley and town was about a 20 minute walk.

The rental was clean and tidy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. The only issue was that a pool was listed in the amenities and only after we made a reservation did we learn that the pool was not part of the rental but was a pool that was nearby and required a 15 per person pass. Other than that, it was exactly what we wanted.

Terrific Condo Close to the Heart of Ellicottville

We absolutely loved this condo. The condo is well appointed and thoroughly clean. It was only a friend and I that stayed, but plenty spacious enough to relax and enjoy privacy. Owners are great to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Everything we needed was there.

Fabulous spot for a fall getaway!

A great weekend at this property - made a fabulous home base for girls weekend exploring the area. The scenic views from the deck were full of autumn colours and the property was very quiet and sparsely populated this particular weekend. Had all the kitchenware, towels and other miscellaneous supplies we needed - really well stocked and exceptionally clean! A 20 minute walk to downtown which was very convenient. Very much appreciated the fireplace, iron, dishwasher and freezer beer steins! Would definitely stay here again - recommend!

Clean and as described

The unit was exactly as described and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and they provided the basics like shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc...The only negative we encountered was that the neighbor had two dogs that barked nonstop the one day from early morning on.

Great place for a relaxing weekend away.

My husband and I wanted to get away for a nice relaxing weekend before the weather changes. It was easy to access our rental upon arrival. There was a bottle of wine waiting for us with a nice note from the host. Such a cute place with all the amenities of home. Very clean and cozy. I did notice there was not a hair dryer in the bathroom. Contacted the host and they responded promptly and had one here when I needed it. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would come back again.

Quiet loft unit with mountain view

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay , very prompt service with any questions we had and very clean and all the board games and shuffleboard was a nice touch . The only thing we did not know about is having to pre book at an extra charge to use the pool and it gets booked fast at times as they service the public as well .so it may not be available for use .

Awesome getaway, perfect for a family or a couple.

We have stayed at several properties over the years and many have been very nice. This was hands down the best managed and well stocked of them all. We were very pleased with our stay. The host was great, very responsive and accommodating. The property was very clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again.

Walkable to Holiday Valley AND downtown Ellicottville - very few properties are both! By being walkable to HV, you can go to the pool area, golfing, or skiing by just walking across the street. Then cocktails with a view followed by dinner downtown. It’s the perfect location!
