Cruz Bay 1 Bdrm Condo a pocos pasos de la bahía de Frank y fácil caminar a la ciudad

Nuestro condominio San Juan es un maravilloso, 1 dormitorio, 1 baño alquiler de vacaciones situado a pocos pasos de la bahía de Cruz en una tranquila calle residencial justo después de Gallows Point Resort con grandes brisas y vistas al agua. Frank Bay Beach está a la vuelta de la esquina y las puestas de sol son increíbles desde aquí! Nuestro condominio cuenta con los colores y las comodidades del Caribe inspirado, ideal para adultos, los recién casados ​​o parejas con todas las comodidades del hogar con un poco más de privacidad y la asequibilidad de St John hoteles o resorts.

Con techos de 10 'de altura, frío suelo de baldosas y vistas al mar son un refugio acogedor isla. Villa La Mer tiene aire acondicionado y ventiladores en todas partes con vientos alisios regulares.

Paso desde el salón o el dormitorio en nuestra gran porche con una mesa de comedor al aire libre de la teca, sillones, una isla inspirado hamaca y parrilla de gas. El porche da a la piscina compartida (con otros cuatro condominios) y algunas de las mejores vistas panorámicas del Caribe y otras islas, y por supuesto las puestas de sol que siempre recordará.

El amplio salón tiene un piso de estantería de techo, TV, y CD, y estamos listos WiFi.

Nuestra cocina remodelada y bien surtida está bien surtida por mi madre (¡una cocinera sureña!) , por lo que debe tener todo lo que necesita para preparar una comida elaborada o mezclar sus mezclas favoritas de la isla.

La propiedad está bellamente ajardinada con plantas en flor durante todo el año y te encantará la piscina grande que se comparte de forma privada con las otras cuatro unidades de la propiedad.

Nuestro apartamento está muy bien cuidado y nuestro equipo de bienvenida también estará disponible si tiene alguna pregunta sobre el condominio.

Esperamos que disfrute de nuestra casa de la isla fuera de casa.

The condo was perfect !! Great views off the back deck and the pool was refreshing. A 5 minute walk down to restaurants and the Cruz bay hub. Patti the property manager was very welcoming and helpful. We will be staying again for our next trip in a few months

Comfortable Condo

Great stay in a great location. We had a wonderful stay. The manager Patti met with us upon our arrival and was so helpful with getting to know the place and the area with lots of great recommendations of things to do. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Relaxing Vaca

We were greeted by a host when we arrived, which was a great touch to make us feel comfortable. Location was within walking distance of Cruz Bay, which was also very nice since we did not have to worry about parking. Loved the porch overlooking ocean with hammock. Beaches are a close drive away. We appreciated having a cooler and beach chairs provided for our beach excursions.

Excellent Location, great views

This place has everything you need. And it has a great sunset view. It is walkable to the Cruz Bay restaurants and shops. And the Property manger was helpful and friendly.

A excellent place to stay in Cruz Bay

The apartment was very comfortable, with a large balcony and dining table, hammock, etc. offering a great view. The complex pool was very nice on a hot day. A short walk along the beach to restaurants, bars, and the dolphin market for provisions as well as the ferry dock and national park visitors center.

American Paradise

The views from the villa are gorgeous, and the accessibility to town perfect. The villa is fully equipped. It is a testament to St. John charm and comfort. The island itself is spectacular, easy to navigate by car and the islanders are beyond friendly, kind and helpful. We wish we could stay here longer. God willing, we will return. Good vibes.

100% would stay again

The location of the condo is perfect for a walk into town. Parking in Cruz Bay is very difficult, so having the ability to walk into town was key!! The physical space in the condo was perfect for us. One bedroom, one bath, the "one fanny" kitchen (it's pretty narrow- only one person at a time!), and great living space inside and out. We appreciated Patty meeting us for check-in, as well as the wonderful communication prior. Loved the pool and the view. Could not have found a more perfect spot for a week in St. John.

Lovely Stay in Cruz Bay

We absolutely loved this condo! the location was perfect, walking distance to town but still quiet. And the back deck was our favorite hang out spot. The property manager Patti, was so nice and easy to communicate with. We can't wait to stay here again

We really enjoyed the Villa. It gave us everything we needed. Nicely furnished and decorated.The covered porch with a beautiful view and pleasant breezes was the highlight. Short walk to Cruz Bay restaurant. Easy parking.

Honeymoon Getaway

We visited St. John for our honeymoon and had a lovely stay. We enjoyed the property and it was a nice walking distance to town. What you see in the photos is what you get. We had no complaints and would stay again!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was great! It was very comfortable and clean with a great deck and view. It was such a treat to walk into town every evening! Patty was very responsive and made checking in very easy. We can't wait to return to this wonderful island!

La Mer

La Mer was an absolutely perfect villa to stay in on St. John. It was well equipped, very clean and perfectly located to walk to restaurants, bars, shopping, the ferry and the grocery store. We very much enjoyed BBQing on the balcony and swimming in the shared pool! We definitely would stay at La Mer again when we return to St. John.

St. John getaway

We loved this property. It was just as expected and had all the necessary items and more. The property manager Patti met us upon arrival and gave us the overviev. Very grateful for the beach chairs, towels and coolers we used everyday. Convenient to walk every evening to dinner or out on the town.

Perfect Condo in Town

My boyfriend and I loved our stay at Villa de Mer. It was a classic and adorable condo with everything we could have needed. We enjoyed watching the stars from the porch hammock every night. The location is perfect for walking into town and the property manager was warm and wonderful. I've visited St. John many times - usually staying in villas or private homes outside of town - and was worried about losing privacy with an in-town stay but couldn't have been happier with our week!

Can’t wait to book again!

My husband and I spent a week vacationing in St John for our anniversary and had a great experience here! Adele and Patti were so welcoming and made everything so easy for us. Our favorite things: - The property is just a short walk to Cruz Bay. - The pool is private, quiet and so refreshing for an afternoon dip after the beach. - The deck is perfect for coffee and breakfast in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening. We can’t say enough good things about this property and look forward to booking again in the future!

Beautiful, convenient place in Cruz Bay

This is a really bright, comfortable, and pleasant place within easy walking distance of central Cruz Bay. We stayed here in 2015, when it was surrounded by construction and lacked air conditioning. With the construction noise gone and the installation of air conditioning (which we only used in the bedroom at night), the villa is now top-notch. There are still roosters, but being able to close windows and use AC meant they weren't an issue. Patti was communicative and accommodating, and check-in and -out were straightforward. I don't have anything to add from the other reviews other than to agree with them (except to say that we found the bed perfectly comfortable and not hard at all).

Villa Caribe / Villa La Mer

My husband & I loved our stay at Villa Caribe/ Villa La Mer. We are very familiar with this area of Cruz Bay and were happy to have had the opportunity to stay at Villa La Mer. Everything was perfect - very clean, beautifully decorated. We appreciated the art made by local artisans depicting not only the tropical beauty of the VI, but also the people & culture of St. John. We enjoyed the large deck, overlooking the pool, and watching the car barge come & go...while relaxing in the hammock! The kitchen was fully stocked with kitchen gadgets, spices, and pots & pans which made it super easy for me to make Christmas dinner that we enjoyed with family at the lovely teak dining table on the deck. Patti, the property manager, was very nice and communicated well with us. We would not hesitate to stay here again! :-)-Rick & Cordella

Villa La Mer is Magical

Patti and Villa La Mer help make our trip amazing! Patti was amazingly accommodating in meeting us to check in, escorted us through a great walkthrough of the condo and pool, and provided an indepth guide for all amenities in St. John. The condo was clean with an amazing view. It is conveniently close to Cruz Bay restaurants, although it is at the top of a steep hill. There is parking in front of the location, complimentary toiletries, and an incredible balcony with an exceptional view. Thank you for helping make our trip for our sister's wedding magical.

Great property and location was perfect!!

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Convenient walking distance to all the activities in Cruz Bay. The walk back to the property was a little uphill but wasn't big a challenge. The deck was amazing with great views. Patti was great to work with for checking in. The apartment had everything that was needed for a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked. We cooked a couple of meals and didn't seem to be lacking anything we needed. Pool was convenient and comfortable. We used the pool most nights and we were the only people I saw using it. It was cool to see big iguanas in the trees in the yard from the deck. We counted 14 on our last day. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely La Mer

The La Mer condo is lovely—a perfect blend of bright open space and cozy comfort, and it's filled with beautiful seaside decor and art. The large veranda adds a very special bonus. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else on a return trip to St. John. La Mer is in a perfect spot for visiting this island. It’s a short walk to Cruz Bay for shops, restaurants, the ferry, and taxis that will go anywhere on St. John, including beaches. Also close by is the National Park Center and some of its walking trails. In addition, communication with Adele and Patti before and during the stay was welcoming and efficient.
