Are you looking for the ultimate cottage experience or private retreat? Family friendly or Group Welcoming. This is it! Family owned since 1975, our 50 acre property is located on the edge of Lake Dalrymple. It has 500ft of private beach, private dock, private boat launch, private boat rental and even a private pond for swimming and fishing!

This location has hosted many guests and we’ve made so many amazing family memories over the years. Now, we want to be able to share it with others to enjoy similar experiences that this spacious and private retreat has offered to us! Many of our past guests have said "the pictures just do not do this property justice! It’s amazing!!

Newly renovated - From the upstairs social room you will experience 180 degrees of sunset facing lakefront view, that also overlooks the sprawling lakefront lawn, beach and private dock. The room is open concept with beautiful post and beams and runs into the dining area and kitchen. The space is incredible, comfortable and a dynamic place to cook in and entertain!

In the kitchen you will find all the necessary appliances -fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave. Additional extras include a wine fridge and smaller beverage fridge's throughout the house, along with a large freezer and washer and dryer located downstairs in laundry room. Additionally, the house is equipped with air conditioning and highspeed internet for your comfort and convenience!

Upstairs Rooms Include:
1) Master Bedroom with Lake View, King size bed, TV, walk in closet and on-suite two-piece bathroom.
2) Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, baby crib + closet.
3) Bedroom #3: Queen Bed + closet.
4) Bathroom: Freestanding Tub, separate new shower, double vanity sink and toilet.

Downstairs:
5) Entertainment Room: Large social room with lakefront sliding doors opening up to a patio, 70" Smart TV, gas fireplace (coming), sectional couch, and lake view.
6) Laundry room including washer, dryer, sink, and stand up freezer.
7) Bathroom: Stand up shower, sink and toilet.
8) Bedroom #4: Two Double Beds
9) Bedroom #5: Queen Bed, Lakeview

Outdoor Amenities:

Boat Rentals: Boat rentals are available through local companies Lake Dalrymple Resort (Fishing Boats) and Lake Country Adventures (Pontoon Boats, PWC/Jet Skiis), offering delivery and pick up for your convenience! Guests will also have exclusive access to your own private dock and boat launch!

Beaches: This property is equipped with two beaches! Yes, two, and all to yourself! The Lakeside beach spans 500ft in length, and is great for beach activities such as horseshoes or washer toss which are provided complementary. The pond-side beach is fantastic for swimming and wading into the water, building sand castles and complemented with a swimming raft and a 20ft pondside deck for socializing or sun-tanning!

The Lakeside beach is also complemented by a 100ft dock, with a large social platform that is great for fishing, sun-tanning, socializing and soaking up the lake breeze! The dock can park up to four boats, so if any guests own their own watercraft, they should feel free to bring it along and utilize the dock and private boat launch! Complimentary for our guests, we also have kayaks, canoe, stand up paddle board and paddle boat!

- Dock / Boat Launch - From time to time property owners may require to utilize the boat launch but will arrange with rental guests to ensure your privacy is not impacted.

We live close by, so if you need to get in touch with us for any reason, it's extremely easy! But, don't worry...we won't invade your privacy!!
