ACCESS DETAILS: Dock slip can be found a short walk (About .1 miles) down a gravel path along Traci Ln to a community dock. Please note that docks are only guaranteed from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Additional lake access can be found further down Traci Lane between Bracken Dr and Orchard Dr offering an area to paddle board, kayak, and launch other non-motorized vessels into the lake. Motorized vessels (boats, jet skis, etc.) are not permitted at this location. No Dock Slip in this location. You can walk to the lake access via the path off the driveway or you can drive and park your vehicle in the pull off area across from the lake access area.

This home comes with free access to the Community Aquatic Recreation Center (CARC)! This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool.
