Come play on our Ranch! Quail Meadows’ 32+ acres of land, with spectacular views, gives you endless areas to explore. Enjoy a 5-star quality Custom Built Log Home that boasts gorgeous use of hardwood floors, a huge Quartzite kitchen island, and artisan stonework. Our 6 bedroom, 4 bath, home features: a large game room w/ pool table, dining room, a “screen room” to watch your favorite movies or just relax, a reading nook for those quiet moments, LED TVs with streaming video in many of the rooms, forced air heating and air conditioning throughout, outdoor spacious patios, built-in BBQ, ping pong table & corn hole, sitting areas with chaise lounges, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the spectacular views. Beyond the patios are a pool, huge hot tub, gas fire pit, horseshoes, a pond, and acres and acres of places to explore or just run around. Pool, hot tub, and fire pit are new and do not show in all the photos. And don’t forget to have some fun in the “Hangar” across the property, where you can shoot some hoops, play shuffleboard, or maybe a little hopscotch or 4square. When supper is ready, ring the dinner bell, and bring the whole crew in to share your adventures over a relaxing meal.

The kitchen is well-equipped and offers a convenient eating bar, so the chef never feels left out. The outdoor tables are enough for the whole group. The formal indoor dining area comfortably seats 10.

Year-round you can visit the local historic towns for shopping and dining, local breweries, and many wineries, play endless games on the 32+ acres, soak in the hot tub, lounge on the large patios taking in the pond and surrounding views, and you will thoroughly enjoy watching the local wildlife of quail, geese, ducks, a family of deer and numerous other critters that call Quail Meadows Ranch their home.

In the summertime, add watching your family and friends swim in the pool or out to the floating platform in the pond, cruising over to the river for a picnic or a dip, or just lounging in the sun. In Winter, add skiing or snowboarding at Kirkwood, or lounging by the fire. Create your adventure year-round!

As in all licensed vacation rentals in El Dorado County, noise levels must not disrupt the neighborhood. This is a wonderfully tranquil setting, so please remember that music and sound levels should not be audible beyond the property lines at any time. This includes sound levels during lawn play or court activities in the hanger area. Strict quiet hours set by the county are from 10 pm- 8 am. During quiet hours all large gatherings must be moved inside the home.
