On 2 levels, it comprises an attractive 35 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a 400 m² garden. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
First level:
- 35 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, armchair, dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living area, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob...

Second level:
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A 120 m² shared terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather
- A 400 m² shared garden, fully enclosed

The flat is ideally located in Dénezé-sous-Doué, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the courtyard (up to 4 vehicles).
