Cocoonr is offering this charming, air-conditioned apartment with a swimming pool for rent in Montreuil-Bellay. It measures 70 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor (no lift) of a holiday home, it comprises a lovely 33 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 33 m² air-conditioned living room with TV, sofa...
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A balcony measuring approximately 3×1m
- A 6×3 m heated swimming pool, shared with a second gîte, accessible subject to the owners’ availability and fitted with a safety device.
- A 1000 m² enclosed garden shared with a second gîte, with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate supplement may be charged
