Spring Break family fun

Kinda misleading when the listing says 5 bedroom and it’s only a 3 bedroom. Other than that everything was good my teenagers enjoyed their Spring Break

Outstanding Property

This was a beautiful three bedroom condo that fit 10 adults comfortably. While it was across the street from the beach, access was no problem. And if you wanted to skip the sand there were several well maintained pools. I highly recommend this condo for your next vacation!

The unit was very clean. Kelly was very easy to work with and always willing to help. Unit was well stocked in the kitchen. Would recommend this unit for anyone who has children. 3RD BR had a full size bed with a twin bunk bed.

The only issue is that it was reserved for 10 guests. That's 19 adults. Did not think it was reasonable to pay $100 per parking pass over 2

Pictures are very misleading

Not sure about the reviews I’ve read on this unit because mine are of the opposite. When we first arrived, the cable was out and I had to replace the living room cable box with another rooms and call maintenance to help (he was very nice). They were several screws on the floor that belonged to the stools that had just been put together, I guess, since the labels were still on them (not very sturdy). The floor is awful, our kids played with their shoes off for about 5 minutes and their feet were black (gross), we had to wear shoes inside the entire trip. The TV’s, the bathrooms and the furniture are extremely dated and it can definitely use some touch up paint (cabinets in all bathrooms has paint coming off all of them). The soap holders & towel racks are hanging on by a thread, age has taken its toll. We though our rental included two complementary beach chairs & umbrella on the beach but we’re told that’s not true by the people in the beach hut and it would cost an additional $40. So its all not negative, the air conditioning is very good, the laundry room (the only updated room in the condo) is okay and it’s quite on the corner. The Complex itself is somewhat lacking as well. The kiddie pool was basically out of order since nothing worked (my three kids were very disappointed). I would not stay at this location again! --

Easy to work with when you are so far away from home.

I was lucky enough to stay in two of Sukainia's properties over the course of my vacation. Both of the properties had beautiful views and plenty of space. There were a few small kinks in the check in process, some things that previous renters left behind and a couple of maintenance issues but Sakainia and her staff went into over drive to fix any problems that I had. She stayed in complete contact with me the whole time and pulled some major strings to make sure that I was ok with my stay. The Laketown Wharf establishment was beyond what I could have imagined. People complained a lot about the timing of elevators, but I would give up a fast elevator any day for ease of service and security. They have the property well patrolled and so much to do and see without ever leaving the site. I was traveling with a small child who bounced from pool to pool and keep in mind there were 5 of them. I will always stay in one of her properties if they are available. Ps the view from the 10th floor pool deck was our favorite. :)

Great place to stay!

The condo itself was an awesome place to stay. My family of 6 (+2 kids) all fit very comfortably. I would give it a five star except during our stay, construction was being done on the North Garage. The noise woke us up the first two days. And there isn't enough elevators to accommodate the resort itself. But the rental isn't high up, so several times we took the stairs. The upside to the rental is the proximity to everything. We walked to the beach, Wonder Works, and Walmart. The condo was nice and clean! And the pics posted doesn't do the condo justice, it's really nice. We met Peter and he was extremely sweet, nice, and intelligent! We have already talked about coming back next year!

This was a perfect for a large family vacation!

The Condominium was very nice as was the location.

We really enjoyed being within walking distance of the beach, Coconut Gove, Wonderworks, Ripleys, and Walmart. We only took our car out one night that we went down to Pier Park. The downside of the location is that you are in the middle of all the craziness. The unit to the west (Shores of Panama) had some very loud spring breakers. The windows and doors were very well insulated so that by closing everything up it was still quiet and comfortable in the condo. We preferred to not use the beach directly across the street but to use the public beach access a couple of blocks east of us. It was much quieter and the beach was peaceful and beautiful.

Condo was great, communication not so much

The booking process was fairly harmless, although the method of payment was different from what I've done with hundreds of other rentals over the years. We were not given the door code to enter the property until after 9pm on the evening of the first day of the rental - although we were told we would receive it a few days in advance and our check in time was 4pm per the contract. All was great at the condo - the place was tidy and worked well for the group, no complaints. When the security deposit was refunded, however, it was automatically sent back via PayPal without clearing that with me first. I do not accept money via PayPal and therefore lost part of the security deposit to a fee PayPal charged to me. It was a small amount, but the property manager would not remedy the situation or pay me the lost amount, which was a bit frustrating (it was not stated in the contract how the security deposit would be refunded so this hadn't be addressed in advance). Otherwise, all went well and if these issues could be cleared up, we would rent here again.

Awesome place to stay

Great Location, Beautiful Condo

The location was great, the condo was beautifully decorated and very well laid out. Our kids constantly went from the pool to the beach, and when they were ready to relax and chill out the condo was perfect. We would definitely rent again and recommend to others! -L.L.

We all had a great time in PCB, FL!

The condo was much larger than we ever expected which was a bonus from the start.The whole condo was fresh and decorated very nicely. The balcony was larger than excepted as well.There was plenty of room for our large party to all sit out and enjoy the summer nights.The location is fantastic. Its centrally located to some awesome restaurants, Walmart and all the fun activists for the kids. I can't say enough about the amenities.The pools and hot tubs were clean. We loved that they offered group activities for children. Washer and dyer is located in the condo which was very convenient. This condo is certainly worth the money since we had a large group it would have cost us double the amount if we rented several condos.This resort is wonderful!!! We will definitely be back.

Panama City Beach

My Family and I very much enjoyed our stay. This was our second trip to this condo location this summer. The location is great and the bars on the property makes good strong drinks!!! The kids enjoyed themselves as well as they had fun at all of the pools on the propery. I highly recommend staying here and plan to stay again next summer!

There are many restaurants and things to do like putt-putt, arcades, go-karts, shopping, bars, golfing, and Ripley's Believe it or not museum and WonderWorks. Pier Park, Dolphin Tours, Sunset Cruises, Fishing Charters, Shell Island, and St. Andrews State Park are a short drive away. You will have a great time on your vacation, no matter where you go in PCB!
