This spacious 4 bed/3 bath condo is located in the gated community of Sugar Beach. The master bedroom sits on the 3rd floor with stunning views of the emerald coast while boasting a luxurious ensuite bathroom. We have everything you will need to make your stay relaxing and build memories with your family. On the entry level sits the first bedroom attached to a full bathroom. Through the foyer you will find our gourmet coffee bar and a luxurious stainless-steel kitchen. Through the open kitchen you will find the living space with attach balcony and amazing ocean views. Heading upstairs you will find 3 additional bedrooms (including master) with 2 full
bathrooms. We stopped at nothing to ensure the entire house has the high-end finishes to live in Oceanside Luxury!

Quite hours: 10pm-8am. This community is centered to families with a laid back vide. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
The community requires the primary guest to be 25 years of age of older.
The property is strictly NON-smoking inside. Smoking anything on the property will result in a $350 fine.
Pets are allowed with a max of 2 pets per reservation. To stay in the condo $225 pet fee will be assessed with your reservation. Please note that the community requires dogs to be permitted. The fee for permitting your pet is covered by your pet fee but you must register you pet with the front office at time of arrival. I will coordinate with the front desk to ensure the resort fee is paid in advance.
Parking: The community requires a parking permit for each car on property. Each permit is $20 per vehicle. This additional fee should be paid at time of arrival at front office.
Trailers: If you bring a trailer there will be $100 parking fee payable to the community to allow you to park your trailer in the gated parking lot. This additional fee should be paid at time of arrival at front desk.
Check-in Time: 4pm – Please check in with front office at time of arrival to obtain parking pass, wrist bands and pay any applicable community fees for your stay.
Check-out Time: 10am
Starter pack with the listed essentials will be provided. Additional supplies can be purchased on your own as needed. Supplies include: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, dishwasher pack, paper towel roll, toilet paper, coffee and espresso pods.
All guests must register with front office at time of arrival - if office is close please go at next business day - only registered quests with wrist bands on will be allowed to use resort amenities.
Do not hang anything from the balcony railings.

My wife and I are currently from Colorado. We have a heart from helping others and in early 2022 we really felt lead to get into the short term rental space...not exactly sure why. After being in it for a while we realized how much we love being hosts. Family vacations and getaways mean so much to us and we want to be able to show love to others and provide an amazing place for great memories to be made!

Sugar Beach has been newly updated to provide an amazing high end experience for our guests. With two patio spaces and have Oceanviews every inch of the living space is breathtaking. This gated community is perfect for families and is only steps away from the amazing Emerald Coast. We are also dog owners so it was important for us to be able to provide a luxurious at home space that is pet friendly.
