As you pull into the home's large driveway, you'll be delighted to start your vacation with a glimpse of the sea. The townhome resides next to a crosswalk that leads right to NSB's driving shore. Before you don your flip flops, take the time to unpack and explore inside. The front door ushers guests into the downstairs suite. You'll find it decorated with playful hues, comfortable seating, and even a dining table for four. The youngest in your group will claim this space as their own as it not only sleeps four, but also leads to the backyard pool. There is a queen murphy bed and a queen sleeper sofa. Guests can use the adjoining bathroom with a walk-in shower.

With the beach nearby and a pool in the backyard, your group will find themselves in a blissful rotation. Kick back in a beach lounger and relax in the lush oasis. Guests can unwind in the hot tub and swim in the pool. The pool area is practically private; it is only shared with the next-door townhome and its guests. When you're ready to return to the shore, swing by the garage for beach chairs, a beach cart, toys, and a cooler.

In the evenings, you'll find your group gathered in the main living area on the second floor. This space is tastefully arrayed in soothing blue tones, white accents, and wood flooring. Though restaurants are only a 6-minute walk away, you'll love the option of a home-cooked meal in the kitchen. White cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and a dry bar make this kitchen deluxe. Everyday essentials such as a drip and Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, kettle, wine fridge, and more are provided for your use.

When it's time to eat, you have two seating options. Quick bites can be had at the breakfast bar for four, and formal sit-down meals can be enjoyed around the dining room table for eight. Pour yourself a glass of wine at the dry bar, and head to the living room for a chill night in. The living area is furnished with a large leather sectional and two armchairs. Once you sit down, you can relax to an ocean view, the warmth from the fireplace, and your favorite show playing on the 50" Smart TV. Those that prefer R&R outdoors can enjoy the evening on the furnished balcony.

At the end of each fun-filled day, you'll be more than ready to retire. Those staying in the primary bedroom are in for a treat as it has a third-story view of the Atlantic! It accommodates two guests with a king bed, desk, private balcony, flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a bathtub & walk-in shower.

The rest of your group will claim the second and third bedroom as their own. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom sleeps four with its queen and twin trundle bed. Guests are provided a nearby bathroom with a standard bathtub and plenty of towels.

Sea Haven is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, WiFi, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a pool, hot tub, easy access to the driving beach, beach toys, a beach cart, cooler, Smart TVs, a gas fireplace, a drip and Keurig coffee maker, a full washer and dryer, half bathroom, and private driveway parking. Please note that management approval must be given and guidelines understood if guests wish to use the hot tub's heat.

The home is a 6-minute walk from the famous Flagler Avenue. You'll find cafes, restaurants, bars, boutiques, beach rentals, and more here. It's also a 4-minute drive from the local grocery store.
