This beautifully upgraded 2bd/2bath is perfect for families or couples traveling together. Enjoy gazing off at the magical Maui waters, catch a whale or two breaching during the season, or take in a Maui sunset with direct ocean views from your private lanai. Dine alfresco to a mesmerizing Maui sunset!

The living area is perfectly appointed with beautiful furnishings and a comfy queen sofa sleeper to relax while watching a show on the large flat-screen TV. This unit can accommodate up to six. Open directly to the kitchen fully equipped with everything any home chef would need, providing indoor dining for six with ocean views!

The Beachfront primary suite is located right off the living area with a King bed and luxurious linens. There is no divider from the living room area. Stunning ocean views and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves. The en-suite bath offers a luxurious walk-in shower and large vanity.

The Guest suite is very spacious with a King bed, luxurious linens, a flat-screen TV, high-speed WiFi, and an en-suite shower/bath combo and a large vanity.

For added convenience, complimentary high-speed internet with WiFi in the living area and guest suite, beach towels, beach chairs, and a cooler. This condo stays cool via ceiling fans in the living area and bedrooms. On those days without a cool breeze, three Split AC units keep this beautiful condo cool and comfortable all year long. Mana Kai 508 offers the perfect Beachfront Resort Vacation! The resort atmosphere includes Beachfront pool, two propane BBQs, onsite laundry facilities on each floor, free parking, fitness center, activities center, general store, and business center.

Mana Kai will continue construction and maintenance effective immediately, including essential concrete repairs near the lobby and restrooms, as well as preparations for the new Beach House at Mana Kai restaurant by Handcrafted Restaurants (Peter Merriman, known for Monkeypod Kitchen, Merriman’s, and others). While we do not have a full schedule or end date yet, work will take place on weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no activity on weekends or holidays. Guests may experience some noise and temporary restroom closures during this time. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you.

Please be aware that all Mana Kai units feature a primary bedroom that is an ''open concept'' and is not closed off from the living room area.

Great location and view

We loved waking up and going to bed here. Morning, swims, and evening walks made this stay unforgettable. We saw turtles in the bay and gorgeous sunsets. It was also a great central jumping off point for all the things we wanted to do in Maui from visiting Haleakala, la Perouse Bay, and easily getting to and from the airport.

Great location, fabulous view. Clean. Great amenities.Primary bedroom had no soundproofing from the parking lot. This was the only significant negative. Staff very friendly and helpful. Access to beach and sitting was great. 808 store on location was very convenient.

Beautiful view from condo

Loved our daily views from condo balcony.saw lots of whales.so easy to go for walks on beach,swim in ocean and use of pool. Close to stores for groceries and take out or dine in restaurants . We arrived in midst of storm but still beautiful Manager so responsive,got us new coffee pot when we noticed it was missing...so great

Great Location!

The location was perfect, great views. Unit needs some remodel, the walls are nicked, headboard nicked. Kitchen more than adequate. No extra towels, curtains in disrepair. But the view couldn’t be beat!

Excellent holiday to celebrate my 65th birthday with my daughters

The view was amazing. The beach was clean, and continuous for great walks. Lots of room to find your own spot on the grass to sun bath. Sea turtles were found at the rocks in front of our beach. Loved the sunsets. Room was amazing space for the three adults. Everything we needed was at the condo. Thanks, thanks!

Fabulous place to stay!

We chose the Mana Kai every time we come to Maui. It has everything you could possibly want in a Hawaiian vacation. Being able to walk out the front door onto one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii is a dream. Plus snorkeling is good right there, too! This unit was very nice. Beautiful and comfortable furnishings. Kitchen has all you need. Appliances look new. We'd definitely stay in it again.

Lovely view, we really enjoyed our stay here

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Most of the frying pans were heavily scratched, and it made it hard to clean up after cooking. Otherwise, the Condo had most of what you would want in the kitchen.The curtain in the guest bedroom near the walkway was transparent enough that you didn’t have good privacy. We had to always keep the light off when changing clothes at night.Communication with the property manager, Coldwell Banker was often difficult. They said they were very busy. On the day prior to discharge we requested a one hour late check out and never heard back. We tried to rent the condo again for next year and it took them four or five days to respond. Due to lack of response, we ended up renting a different condo.Overall, we really enjoyed the condo and would return.

Incredible stay

This place has it all. The location and view are astounding. Great beach and snorkeling right outside. Easy parking. Other attractions are beaches are a short drive away. General store is super convenient. The unit is clean comfortable and well-stocked. The only downside is the mattress in the master bedroom. You feel like you're sinking every time you lie down... I've never slept on a less-supportive mattress in my life. The mattress in the living room / bedroom 2 is much more comfortable. The rest of the unit is pretty much perfect. Don't hesitate to book!

Mana Kai 508, Maui - just perfect

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is an incredible location, what a great view! The beach is so picturesque, just an ideal Maui location. This unit is high enough you miss some of the pool and downstairs activity out of your sight lines. It was big enough for us, with separate room for our 2 children. The kitchen was good for what we wanted and we ate out on the lanai often. The on site staff was very helpful and friendly. We highly recommend this spot!

This is a ONE bedroom

we have stayed at the Mana Kai several times over the past 10 years . In our other rental experiences ( all the same floor plan) — there is one separate room with a bathroom . The separate room has always had a water view — this one has a bit of a view and a wall — not what we expected . we have always had some sort of wall divider / screen that separated the king bed from the living room/kitchen for privacy . Our grown children & their partners use the king bed and the pull out couch with no privacy . This was really frustrating. the manager was SUPER understanding and helpful . He tried to find up a portable screen to separate the bed and make it a TWo bedroom . this unit is a one bedroom ( private ) with a king bed and a couch bed in the living area / kitchen . This is ok if you need no privacy . we were disappointed. the view is beautiful. we were not told there would be construction . As a matter of fact , I called and they said there would be No construction that week . We had jjackhammers during the day 2 floors below our room and they were LOUD. we will stay at the Mana Kai after the new restaurant is complete and there is no construction and only rent a room with a divider . Again , the manager was wonderful as was the view .

Second stay

This was our second time at this location but the first in this unit. The location is fantastic. Right above the beach looking south towards Wailea. There are turtles and fish in snorkeling range just off the beach. Overall it was a great place to visit.

Maui Kihei Beach Front

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in good shape. What is not evident by the pictures or the description is that the primary bedroom and living room are actually one room - like a studio apartment. There is no door between the living room and the primary bedroom. The description says the bedroom opens to the living room - but we didn't realize that meant that the bedroom has NO door. The kitchen had most of the basics. The view was incredible - Lanai and Molokini. However, the balcony had seating for just two people at the table. There was a big lounge chair that took up space that could have been used for two more chairs around the table. Also - the laundry is a pay laundry not in the unit. You will be assigned a parking space but if someone is in it - the management will not do anything about it. Another car was in our space duirng our stay. We reached out through the app and was told to track down a security guard and see if they could help. We replied that we didn't want to spend our vacation tracking down a security guard and that this was something we shouldn't be expected to handle. It was not addressed during our stay so we parked in the public spaces. The sofa is very very creaky and I can't imagine trying to sleep on it (little kids would probably be okay on it but remember it is in the primary bedroom).
