Mana Kai 404, Beautifully Renovated, Unbelievable Ocean View

This Beautiful, renovated Beachfront Condo on the fourth floor of the Mana Kai building has breath-taking unobstructed ocean views, and southerly views extending for miles down the Wailea coastline. It has all the amenities anyone needs for extended stays and yes, it is FULLY air conditioned!***

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo is ideal for families, or for one or two couples.

It has a full kitchen for the times that you want to stay in and have ocean-view dining on the large lanai or dining table. The ocean view is enhanced by a design which leaves the master bedroom open to the living area but also has a custom bamboo retractable shoji screen for privacy.

There is an office center built into the second bedroom for the times you need to get some work done amongst the play, and High-Speed wireless INTERNET is available at no additional charge.

This bedroom also has its own TV apart from the flat screen TV in the main living area.

Enjoy the heated swimming pool with waterfall or snorkeling on the reefs at Keawapaku Beach just steps from the the Resort entrance. On premises is a Gourmet Convenience Store, a beach Rental store, and an Activity Center to plan your outings.

During the December to March months you are sure to spot the Humpback whales that migrate 3000 miles from Alaska to the warm Maui waters, known to be the nation's primary mating and birthing grounds for this amazing mammal.

And don't forget your golf clubs, because there are 5 world-class golf courses are just minutes away in Wailea and Makena.

Renovation of our new restaurant, "The Beach House at Mana Kai", is set to begin early in 2026. Handcrafted Restaurants (a Peter Merriman owned company) recently received its building permit from Maui County, and we’re excited to see this project take shape. While the restaurant won’t be open until late 2026 (or later if the project is delayed), its completion will significantly enhance the dining options for future stays. We look forward to offering this incredible amenity to our guests soon.

The Mana Kai Maui Resort is located at the extreme south end of Kihei, bordering Wailea. This is a one of a kind property to be found at no other location in all of Maui. In addition, the Mana Kai has just undergone a 25 million dollar facelift, making it a first rate resort.

The Views!! Amazing

This location is perfect. The beach is steps away from the condo. It is really close to restaurants and all the activities you need for family fun. Waking up to the sounds of the crashing waves is the best! Do not hesitate if you are looking for a great place to stay. We will be back! 10/10

When you walk into this space, you won't believe that you are not in a post card. The view is so much more incredible than the pictures. The beach is steps away and is great for snorkeling. We saw turtles here several times. The pool is lovely and was our evening relaxation each day. Just don't forget to get the daily code! The beds are comfortable and towels thick and soft. This place has everything you need and even some you didn't know you needed. The closet is stocked with gear for snorkeling, beach play and relaxation. There are books about sites to visit and restaurants as well as binoculars for gazing into the ocean. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Erik was a pleasure to work with and very quick to respond. I can't say enough about this space and am so grateful to have had the privilege to stay here. Girls trip of a lifetime! Thank you

Not quite excellent

Amazing location and overall a good stay. Room had many smaller issues for me and my senior mom. Hard to contact host at check in for some needs. But they did call us next day to resolve. Hard travel w senior w physical needs so I understand but wished I knew no phone or real cable tv for her. Great sunset

Awesome family vacation

We hesitated whether to keep our vacation plans after the island fires but emailed Erik and he reassured us that Maui needed tourists. We are so happy to have kept our plans. The view from the condo is amazing. The convenience to the beach and snorkling was just steps away. The condo was fully equiped so we made a couple dinners there and most breakfasts. Day trips filled our afternoons. Locals thanked us being there. Thank you, Erik.

I LOVE staying at Mana Kai resort, this time we stayed in #404 and our hosts were the best I have ever encountered!!! I received emails to ensure we knew how to get in and use all of the amenities. When my email did not go through Rick called me , truly the best and I have stayed at many places. THANK YOU!!

Mana Kai has changed

The restaurant/bar onsite is closed and likely not opening for the next two years due to permits-we were told. And unfortunately, we had an upsetting encounter with the woman who sits at the activities desk -TWICE. We wound up leaving our reservation one day early because who wants to be around bad vibes on vacation. The experience was really disappointing.

Breathtaking Views, 5-Star access to beach and snorkeling!

We knew the area and were excited to find this spot for our family vacation, but we were NOT anticipating the joy of the view. Since it was on the 4th floor and faced the ocean, with our patio doors open (very large doors by the way - pretty much the whole front) and the surf crashing, we felt we were on our own island getaway while in the apartment. The layout is fantastic as the master bedroom takes advantage of that view so you can go to bed with it and be greeted in the morning by it! And the access to one of the better beaches and top-notch snorkeling is a 30 second walk away. This is fantastic for a family as each can decide when they want to go down or come back for a snack or some respite from the sun. The overall property is very well kept, with up-to-date common area/pool.The only thing that will make this property better is when the new restaurant with fantastic ocean views will be finished (completion planned in fall of 2025). The host, Rick, was extremely helpful and responsive. Thanks to a fantastic property and host, we had a memorable family Christmas vacation (and anniversary)!

Incredible Views...Great Accomodations!

Waking up and going to sleep to the sound of the ocean cannot be beat. The views from our room were postcard perfect! Just steps (literally) to the pool, lawn & beach-so convenient. The condo was very clean, well stocked and really nice. The Master Bed was very comfy - a high priority for us. Husband used the desk in the 2nd bedroom for work-handy. Everything worked well - appliances, cookware, lighting, A/C. We couldn't figure out how to get the TVs to work but not really needed when in Maui! They even provided some chips and mac nuts upon arrival. Body wash, shampoo & conditioner was also provided. We would definitely stay here again! All units face the ocean. We were on 4th floor with great views, easy access w/elevators. Designated parking space worked well. Nice lil market on 1st floor. No restaurant/bar at this time. We were never disrupted with noise from construction for upcoming restaurant or the room next door being remodeled. Other guests were very nice too!

THE BEST VIEW IN KIHEI

This unit is an absolute DREAM! From the moment you walk through the doors, you see a sweeping view of the ocean and beach below! The decor is clean, tidy, and up to date. The bathrooms are spacious and there is a ton of closet space and storage. Each room has a TV (not that we ever used it!). The unit offers the use of their boogie boards, snorkel equipment, beach toys, beach towels, yoga mats, and Tommy Bahama chairs and umbrellas. There are plenty of clean towels, so we never needed to do laundry. The air conditioning works great, and the condo was a perfect temperature in the summer heat. The property manager that we communicated with went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and made every effort to ensure our stay was perfect. The view from the balcony is unlike any other (and we have stayed in other units at this resort). The resort offers an on-site general store, excursion center, equipment rental, gym, and pool. There is even a yoga studio downstairs! The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. We will never stay anywhere else in Kihei, and this unit is at the top of our priority rental list!!

Maui Paradise

We just finished an incredible stay at a fantastic unit, even with a 2 day storm, the unit was a great place to storm watch. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that wants to be on the beach, have incredible views and have great restaurants and shopping within a 2 minute drive. Erik was a perfect host, very communicative and quick to respond if we had a question.

Great condo on the beach

This is a great condo complex. We have stayed at several different units in this complex and loved #404. Great views from lanai for eating meals or enjoying scenery or playing games. Comfortable table for 4 and a lounge and drying rack. Also table for 4 inside the condo. Good snorkeling at the reef and also nearby beaches--especially the one just past the Fairmont Hotel, Palauea where we swam with sea turtles. The condo was equipped with beach towels and 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs which came in handy visiting other beaches. Rent your snorkeling equipment from Aunties Snorkel Beach Rentals (great price for a week) in Kihei and restaurant upstairs Cafe O'Lei Kihei is a great place to eat out. We ate in 4 nights and reserved a BBQ at front desk for two nights. Only deficit was they needed more tall drink glasses and teaspoons and tongs.

Beautiful Place

This place checks all the boxes! Has one of the best views and was our favorite place we stayed at in Maui! Right on the beach and a short drive to groceries, restaurants, and shops. The condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked full of everything you could ever need for your beach vacation. Absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be back.

Condo in Paradise

We had an amazing stay at this property. The unit was clean, fully stocked and showed as advertised. The check in process was seamless and the owner answered any questions in a timely fashion. The location was second to none; beach front, beautiful ocean views from the room and very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying in this condo. Fantastic location and the views are breathtaking. The unit is very clean and well appointed with Strong WiFi. I would definitely stay here again.
