The space
This 4 bedroom 3 FULL bath with 2 half baths SPACIOUS home is the perfect retreat for your family or large group! Enough room to spread out, relax and retreat! Catch a stunning sunset on the dock, sip some cocktails on the pool deck, get your grill on and have some fun!

2 en-suite bedrooms. The Master bedroom is an oasis. Full luxe bath with garden tub and separate shower and direct access to the pool and jacuzzi!

Tv's are located in the Living room and twin, queen and 2nd king bedroom.

The kitchen is a chef's dream! ALL professional THERMADOR appliances including a GAS range and warming drawer! Whip up a lite bite or a holiday feast!!

Relax and retreat out on the huge covered and screened patio which overlooks the 200+ acre lake! There is a propane grill for guest use and a hot tub(limited to 4 hours daily) The pool is 3-6' deep and is heated by way of solar panels.
Kayaks have been delivered and are ready for guest use. 1- tandem and 2- single.

The home interior was spotless and had room to spare for our entire family. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, kitchen and the lake. Beds were comfortable and the location very quiet in evening. The only few drawbacks were that the entire property exterior is in need of a pressure wash and cleaning. Front entrance is not as pictured in ad. It is not as green and clean as shown. Remotes were missing to operate the outdoor fan and main living room fan. Light switches are not marked well so it was fun figuring all those out. The entertainment center is in need of fixing and finish. The remotes are missing for the main living room curtains. Couldnt enjoy the lake view from the living room. Communication with management was fast and helpful.

My stay was refreshing, the property was very clean and as described, the only issues were, having to text them every time we wanted them to start the Jacuuzi and not knowing what light switches control which items in the house, remotes were not left in one room for the t.v. so we went without using some amenities. On the very first night the jacuzzi was not working, which could only be determined once we text someone and asked for allowance to use it, after I notified the contact and they stated there was nothing the could do at 9:30 pm, not sorry for the inconvenience or my apologies, just nothing I can do, until the next morning, which they whomever they have running the property was more professional. I wouldn't rent again, primarily because of how they micro-manage the property.

Great place to stay!

Our stay was very comfortable, it was fairly easy to get downtown. The pool and view of the lake was beautiful.

Quick Getaway

Wonderful property. Only complaint is the Cardinal that crashes into the master bedroom window beginning at 6:00 am every day. It does it all day long. Maybe wildlife officials can help come up with a solution.

Overall had a good time , very nice property.

House was great , nice and clean. Neighborhood was great. Only 2 thing that need improving. They cap the AC in a house in Tampa at 71. They should scrap the hot tub All together. We were aware that there was a 2 hour limit , and they had to turn it on . We were not aware it had to be during their business hours. We only got to use the hot tub 1 out of 3 days. Not much use for hot tub in Florida during the day.

Million dollar view of large lake

Luxury lake home on a busy main road. Our host (Laney) was responsive and ensured any minor issues we encountered were resolved quickly. Unfortunately, there was a beautiful red Cardinal perched in the a tree across from the MBR, that started crashing into the widow at around 7:00 AM each morning. Once this banging started, it was very annoying and could literally last (on and off) for hours. Otherwise, the house was well appointed, but in need of a little TLC. However, my family and I would still give this property a 5 rating.

Important points left out up front

This home is quite beautiful. Beautiful decor, beautiful view, very spacious. I was surprised that we needed to purchase a toilet paper roller to hang toilet paper but whatever, some times small things are overlooked. Unfortunately there are a couple of things I wish I knew before I booked. As a guest, you are not able to use the garage. That might not be a big deal for some, I get that. For me, it was an issue as we were moving, between homes and needed the space to let things sit for the 10 days we were there. The guidelines for use of the pool and hot tub are very specific and limited. Be prepared for 2 hour blocks of time for that enjoyment. Most importantly, the gate!!! The gate access in/out is actually quite dangerous. There is not a safety mechanism to prevent the gate from closing on your vehicle or worse, yourself or loved one. I own many properties with gates and never had one that did not have this safety feature in place. Both of my vehicles were hit by the gate during our visit and caused severe scratches, deep metal rubs into the paint. I was trying to prevent the gate from hitting my truck and the gate just slammed into me and continued to bounce against me trying to force a close. Why was I standing in the line of fire so to speak? To keep it from causing another deep scrub. To no avail, as I moved to get in the truck to leave, it hit the truck anyway. This problem is compounded by the fact that the call box to enter the code for access is very poorly placed so you have to get out of your vehicle to input the code and the delay getting back into your vehicle to pull in sets the stage for getting your vehicle swiped. BE PREPARED!!! The property manager, though prompt to respond, was not flexible with requests. Even going far enough to deny my request for an early check in due to some “scheduled service” so as I needed the extra time due to a move, I booked the extra day early and she was then able to accommodate that extra day…and yes, you guessed it, no service showed up that next morning as she originally stated. I’m sure there are reasons that early checkin doesn’t work, just say it doesn’t work and leave it at that. No need to create a false narrative. I needed to book a property, somewhat last minute since I was between selling and moving into our new home that didn’t have construction completed. This was available for the days I needed so I booked. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this home, mostly for the gate.

Roomy and luxurious

Our family enjoyed staying here. It's beautiful on the inside with lots of space (especially the master suite and bathroom which take up an entire wing of the house). The decorations are luxurious, tasteful and a few are cute/whimsical. They gave us a nice welcome package. They also have kayaks which were a nice extra. No place is perfect, and there were weeds growing in the decking by the pool and up in the back gutters. It's also located right off of a very busy street (Bearss). Also when the AC goes on-and-off there's a noise that happens (probably from the filter being sucked up and settling). It startled my wife the first several times it happens (because it sounds like someone else is in the room), but she says she got used to it. The security was good/tight with a gate at the front and security cameras that you can monitor from the kitchen. And our son loved the game room and my wife loved the master suite. Management was responsive. So we very much enjoyed our stay and would rent it again.

LOVED THIS PROPERTY!!

Our family of 5 (Grandparents, Parents, 9- year-old) stayed for 4 nights and could not have been more PLEASED! The entire home was SPOTLESS! The beds, couches, chairs, all COMFY! The kitchen? AMAZING!! The entire home is ELEGANT, is tastefully decorated, and has many entertainment options. Bottom line, if we were in the area again, we would be happy to stay here again. [TO OWNERS: Thank you for all the generous supplies and welcome treats!]

60th Birthday Celebration

What an AWESOME property. This was my first time renting a VRBO. It was decorated for the Holidays and was very well appointed with the holiday spirit. The home is simply beautiful, pictures on the internet was no comparison to the actual property. I celebrated my 60th with a few girlfriends and we had an absolute ball. The kitchen had very high-end amenities which we enjoyed while cooking. Our only regret is that we did not stay long enough to enjoy the game room, take advantage of sunsets overlooking the dock out back and spend time in the pool. This home had more amenities than we could use during our stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, we’re already talking about coming back next year. The home is centrally located to Hard Rock Casino, shopping and various restaurants. The host was wonderful, she gave me some great suggestions for dinning. Some suggestions for future awareness/improvements-a) have some trash bags on hand, we were asked to discard trash and had to buy some kitchen bags b)dish cloths and towels will be handy in the kitchen, especially when trying to wipe down the multiple long granite counter tops, the sponge was ineffective c) instructions for warming the pool, I didn’t see any in the House book Rules d) Bleach was not provided to help sanitize the towels we were asked to wash before leaving, this was a little odd request. Most hotels like to control their sanitization process. Overall an AMAZING experience and weekend. You will NOT be disappointed!!
