Loved the large open window/sliding doors that has a view of the pool and lake. The home is updated and has several comfortable beds for guest. Very clean and roomy. I see they had over 100 reviews and over 1000 guests and virtually a 5 star average so that speaks for itself. Owner is very friendly and quick to respond. I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone in the Tampa area who desires a large pool, a large updated home and a water view.

ONE OF THE BEST

Great experience staying at this weekly rental in Tampa. The house is updated nicely and very roomy. The living room is large and can seat 12+ people. There are actually more beds in the house than are listed. The owner is very responsive and the check in and check out was easy. Great location and they have a beautiful large dock on the water where we rested at times. I would stay here again. Very clean and beautiful home.

Great stay awesome pool!

The property is in a location right near the Hard rock casino. Pool was great and house is way bigger inside then it looks outside. Plenty of beds for everyone and comfortable.

Perfect for a large group

I stayed here with a bunch of friends recently. The amount of rooms/beds/eating areas were perfect for our stay. Everyone had plenty of space and felt comfortable. There were a few things that weren’t working, but the owner was quick to respond and get everything sorted out. The private dock and pool were definitely a nice perk. We had a great time!

Amazing property, very roomy, beautiful large kitchen and kitchen table, and more than enough seating for over 20 people if you needed it. Dock on the water was nice, the pool area is large and beautiful with more seating/lounging for guests. The indoor house is fabulous. Nice sunrises over the water. The owner is very eager to help in any way possible.

The house was nice and big. The pool looked dirty upon arrival but assumed it was the pool liner/concrete that was discolored. Our first morning there, a pool guy shows up to clean the pool. He then puts a chemical in the pool and let us know we cannot go in the pool for 12 hours. That was very unfortunate. The neighbors had a van park in the driveway of the house we rented. All in all - the pool guy could have been scheduled to come prior to us arriving to avoid us being restricted on a Friday to swim in the pool provided!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Tampa gem, which proved perfect for our family reunion with its thoughtfully designed layout and multiple well-appointed bedrooms to accommodate everyone comfortably. The highlight was definitely the stunning pool area, where we spent countless hours swimming, lounging, and creating lasting memories together. The spacious living room became our central gathering spot, with plenty of seating for everyone to relax, chat, and enjoy movie nights as a family. The host's communication was exceptional throughout our stay, responding promptly to any questions and providing clear instructions for check-in and house amenities. Family gathering

The house had plenty of room for everyone! The great room had enough seating for family gathering. We loved the deck around the pool and the weather cooperated that we were even able to swim in November. Host asked that we hang our towels up to dry and reuse them, but did not provide towel racks. We also had to resort to paper products in the kitchen, as the amount of plates was short of servicing our group. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and if I find myself in Tampa ever again, I would consider renting again.

Friends Weekend

We booked this property for a guy’s weekend. It’s huge and convenient to the Hard Rock Casino. Neighborhood is ok not great the houses are need of some renovations. The house would be amazing if the outside was pressure washed, painted, and a little bit of landscaping. You pull up and your like man this thing looks rough on the outside but the inside is great. We were a group of guys so it didn’t really bother us. But if your wife or girlfriend was with you this would be a turn off.

Ok so I would probably not give a complete 5 star maybe like a 4.8!! The complaints I have are pretty non-consequential, but like my title says, full disclosure!! We just stayed in another Evolve property in Orlando 3 weeks prior to this stay and I was less than impressed with many of the lack of accommodations. But this property in Tampa was sooooo much better, it was homey, clean, and spacious! The private dock was a beautiful added bonus!! The beds were soft and there were plenty of towels and linens to accommodate our party!! So you are probably asking what my complaints are, so here it is. My only complaint is that there were some worn parts of the house that should be addressed. Some warped wood, the pool patio needed a good cleaning and some of the doors had some exposed parts that kept scratching us. Having said that it really was a great property that provided everything we would need that is hard to take on carryon only trips only!! So thank you Sutton and Evolve, overall we had a wonderful experience here, so thank you for sharing this property!!

Best house I ever stayed at

5-star house, roomy, with great water views and a very large dock we fished from, excellent location, the pool was great. The house was amazing inside and outside. The house was in a close proximity to the Hard Rock Casino. You could walk but we chose to drive since it has free parking. Owner is great and very helpful. House is loaded with supplies. Has a unique beautiful solid wood table. I highly recommend you stay here. Its the best house I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at plenty of weekly rentals.

Nicely updated home with a large deck that overlooks the water. Plenty of supplies for all of our guests. The owner is great to work with. Large pool area with nice lounge chairs. Comfortable beds and a large living room works well with large groups as we had.
