INDOOR POOL, BunkRoom, Hot Tub, 1.5 mile to strip

Welcome to “Cabana on Osprey”. This new construction, cabin features a private indoor pool, 4 bedrooms & 5 bathrooms, hot tub, and 3 decks. Sleeping a total of 9 people comfortably! The pool room is decorated with a cabana / tiki theme. We decorate for each season, to add to your experience. Located less than 1.5 miles from the strip in a nice resort neighborhood. Minutes from all the exciting attractions and restaurants on the strip. 5 miles to Dollywood! 15 miles to Gatlinburg & National Park.
Upon entering the front door, you walk into an open concept living room, dining area and kitchen. The dining table seats 8. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, all new stainless appliances, and a large selection of small appliances (including an airfyer) and cooking supplies to have a wonderful cooking experience. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is the living room, featuring two plush leather couches, wall mounted 40” smart tv and a gorgeous, stacked stone accented electric fireplace. Conveniently located adjacent to the living room and kitchen is a half bathroom. The laundry closet is next to the refrigerator. Also, on the main level is bedroom #1 featuring a king bed and en-suite full bathroom. The main level deck has a privacy fence and (4) rocking chairs.

Upstairs you will find bedrooms #2 & #3. Each bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, dresser, smart TV, and rack to hang clothes from. There are 2 separate full bathrooms located upstairs. There is plenty of room for multiple people to get ready for the day’s adventures simultaneously. The kids bunk room is also upstairs. This room has a bunk bed with twin mattresses & an additional twin bed, arcade game, dresser, and smart TV. If the weather is not cooperating you can stay indoors with the fireplace and play cards or board games. The white cabinet in the hallway offers a selection of games. The upper-level deck also has rocking chairs and is a great place to take in the views.

The indoor heated SALTWATER pool is on the lower level. There is a self-locking gate to keep all children safe from entering the pool room. Pool is heated to 80f. The pool is 6’x13’ and 4’ deep (absolutely no diving into the pool). This room is decorated with a tropical theme and even has a tiki bar. There is a 65" smart TV on the wall to allow you to watch your favorite movie or sporting event from the pool! There is a basketball hoop and a giant connect 4 game as well. It should be noted that the pool is also professionally serviced between each guest. ** extra charges will apply if there is any sign of soap, chemicals, or bubbles added to the pool ** The 5th bathroom is located on the bottom floor as well.

All 3 decks span the side of the house and have rocking chairs so you can take in the sights in comfort. The gas BBQ grill on the lower deck will allow you to grill up a feast... If you prefer a traditional charcoal grill, there is one of those also on the side on house near the parking area. The lower deck is where you will find the 6-person hot tub, conveniently located steps away from the indoor pool! Guests will be happy to know that the hot tub is completely drained and cleaned prior to your arrival.

Nature & Wildlife Notice: Our cabin is located in the Smoky Mountains, where encounters with wildlife are common. Bears and snakes are native to the area, so please be mindful of your surroundings and properly store food to avoid attracting animals. Additionally, at certain times of the year, you may notice ladybugs inside the cabin—this is normal for the region. While the home is professionally serviced by a pest control company, please remember that you are in the woods, and occasional bugs or insects may be present.

This cabin was just completed in September of 2021. This is a brand-new resort community and is still an active construction site. Our cabin is located near the top of the neighborhood and has less noise and traffic, but you should still expect some noise and inconvenience. Workers are actively trying to finish the common area and other homes. Somedays are quieter than others, but please be prepared for noise from 9am to 5pm.
