Condominio de lujo con gran balcón en el piso 24 de The Grand, impresionantes vistas de la Bahía de Biscayne y el centro de Miami. Parte del edificio es el Double Tree Hotel y el edificio también está conectado al Hotel Marriott, con hermoso vestíbulo donde se encuentran varios restaurantes que ofrecen comida a su puerta. Hay unas cuantas tiendas, delicatessen, tienda de licores, quiosco de prensa, y algunos otros negocios minoristas. Las piscinas y spa / jacuzzis están ubicados en el décimo piso, también hay un gimnasio gratuito con equipos de primera línea y una sauna. Dentro del apartamento se siente como en casa, no es todo lo que necesita, dos televisores LCD con 300 canales, sistema de audio y conexión inalámbrica a Internet. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos, incluyendo lavadora y secadora, cafetera, máquina de hielo, tostadora, y un largo etc ... La sala de estar tiene una cama Murphy tamaño queen, y la habitación tiene 2 camas de tamaño completo, por lo que el condominio puede alojar cómodamente a 6 personas. No se permiten mascotas

Love the views!

Nice property but definitely a bit older. It had all the amenities we needed for a nice long weekend. Beds were comfortable. The views are amazing! Enjoyed the hot tub and other amenities.. great stay for the price! Thanks!

Doubletree Grand Miami

Overall, a great experience. Denise was very responsive and helpful. Unit is large and complex has impressive amenities. Close to free monorail and trolley, and we made extensive use of the bikes provided.

Great Location

Great location and nice view from the balcony. Bed was not comfortable but that is always personal preference. Husband and I took a bed each as doubles were just not big enough for the two of us. Had everything we needed but apartment is old and is in need of repairs and a bit of TLC. Owner was responsive to messages but check in lady was cranky and not overly welcoming. (This is not the owners fault). Found the location very central with free monorail an easy 5 minute walk and the bus across to South Beach located at the same terminal. Pool and spa area was great. A note to future guests, if you find an issue make sure you let the owner know as her cleaning staff do not always advise her of any problems, which in turn means she can't get them attended to before the next guest. If apartment wasn't in need of a little TLC, we would have given it 5 stars. Would definitely look at rebooking if you visit Miami again.

Fantastic location

Great location and overall a good standard. Very friendly and service minded staff. The parking house made everything so much easier. The pool and fitness area was super.

Amazing Views

The Condo was nicely located. Not too far from South Beach, Wynwood and public transportation. The trolley is free...yay. Me and my husband were able to gain access eventhough we didnt arrive until after 10pm. Thank you...thank you...The condo was neat and clean. It had the amenities of home. I loved that we were able to access the gym and pool. Our stay was overall comfortable......but the view was simply beautiful. Restaurants, places to book excursions, and the harbour are all within the property There is a Publix about a 5 minute walk away as well as other restaurants. Communication with the owner was great We would definitely recommend this property.

Great Condo $ perfect location

The condo was perfectly priced and in the best location to access everything do in and around Miami. The condo was cozy and clean. The view of the city and the bay were amazing! When we arrive we were greeted by the owner and was walked through everything we needed to know about our stay. I would highly recommend staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious condo with great view & location

The condo was just as advertised and the check in process was easy. It’s a large and comfortable condo with an expensive balcony that you can enter from either the living room or the bedroom. You have use of the Doubletree hotel’s spacious saltwater swimming pool and an excellent fitness center at no extra cost. There is a great view from the condos balconies, and you can easily get to other neighborhoods like Brickell using the free Metromover just a block away. This was a very nice escape from winter!

There are 3 of us stayed here for 5 days, the host returned our calls promptly. Location is excellent close to Tram station & convenient stores. The unit needs little TLC, overall we're satisfied with the accommodation.

Spacious clean appartment in good location

Lovely, clean appartment. We were really late arriving due to time of flight and length of time getting through security at Orlando and then getting (prebooked ) rental car (over 3 hours at airport!). Syma met us at the property and checked us in, so huge thank you for staying up to welcome us. The appartment had a big closet room which was great for storing all our luggage. There was a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an additional wash basin, which was perfect for all of us to get ready. The location is very good for transport, the stop for the metro mover is less than 5 minutes away, and bus station also less than 5 minutes away ( next to metro mover station) where you can get a bus over to the beaches. Just off foyer are some small shops and cafes/restaurants where you can buy reasonably priced food including take outs. There is a big supermarket just over 5 minutes away. The appartment’s pool and hot tubs are good and have a nice view of boats and water at one end. The views from our appartment were spectacular. This was our first experience at using HomeAway and would definitely recommend. Many thanks to Denise and Eugene.

Great Unit but had some minor flaws

I stayed here with 5 of my friends during Miami Music Week and Ultra. It has an amazing view of the city. The owners were very helpful and always responded to any questions I had. There was plenty of room for 6 of us (4 guys, 2 girls). Having access to the pool/hot tub was nice. The security in the building is very good and are great to work with if you have any problems or questions. We did have a few minor problems and thats why I gave 4/5 stars. The first problem was that they only added 4 out of the 6 people to the room initially so 2 of the people couldnt get by security. The ownere was very helpful in getting this sorted out though. It didnt cause any major problems just wasnt fun having to deal with it while on vacation. Another problem was with the cable for the TV in the living room. The signal was really bad one day so i tried to take a look at it and found that it was being held together in one section with scotch tape. I ended up taking it apart and using electrical tape to fix it. The last problem we had was with part of the power going out in the unit. One of the breakers went bad causing some of the lights and outlets to stop working. This didnt cause a huge problem since it was on our last day there and we werent really in the unit that much. But I did find that the problem was because the power cord for the tv was spliced together using scotch tape as well and had come lose and shorted out. Luckily it didnt start a fire. I ended up just turning off the breaker completely and contacting the owner about it. Overall, the stay was very nice. I would definitely stay there again or recommend the unit to anyone else. My only suggest to the owners would be to contact the customer earlier about getting IDs for security. We were asked to send copies of IDs 2 days before our trip and it was very frustrating considering we had the unit booked for a few months. I felt like they could have asked in advance so it wasnt so rushed. The only reason I brought it up was because we had someone from san francisco and someone from LA whilee 4 of us are from the midwest. So it was a little bit harder getting with them to get ID's. But like I said, overall, it is a great place to stay. We ended up walking pretty much every where.

Great location, great amenities in the building.

The condo is in a great location with a wonderful view of downtown. We had six people and it fit all of us. We were not in the unit advertised to us on the site and the layout of the advertised would have been better for our group, instead of a Murphy bed we had a pull out couch that to be honest wasn’t that comfortable. Besides that we loved the place. The owners were so nice and answered all my many questions before we got there, and dealt with a an AC problem very quickly. There’s a pool and hot tub for the building, shoos and restaurants in the building. I would stay there again.

Great place for a large group!

We were six girls, and with the two bathrooms and extra vanity, getting ready was a breeze. We took advantaged of the amenities such as the washer / dryer, pool, jacuzzi and fitness center. Also loved the large balcony, great view.

Beautiful complex and fabulous views! Great location. However, not as clean as I would have liked.

The floors were filthy. I swept, but they haven't been mopped in a very long time. Nice apartment, but needs a little attention. Nicely decorated. I really appreciate the early check in! The water in the tub spurts out black particles.

Spacious and well equipped condo, run by the greatest owners!

The condo is a beautiful corner unit located on a high floor in an extremely large building. The unit has a wonderful layout and is extremely well equipped. All appliances are brand new and work wonderfully. The furnishing and some cabinets could use a bit of updating, but quite functional as they are anyway. What it may lack in modern decore, it more than compensates with with very confortable mattresses and plenty of bath and pool towels. The internet connection worked actually quite well, but the cable seemed to have very few options and even lower image quality. The building has a very complete gym, a sauna, a nice pool and 4 great hot tubs that I very much enjoyed during the stay. Location is very convenient and has easy access to major highways. Close to everything I needed during my extended weekend stay and close to the basic shops you might need. The best part are the owners: Denise and Gino really go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience in their condo. They deal with the not-overly-accommodating building administration, facilitate check in and check out processes, and make sure the apartment has all the basics to get you started with no need to rush to the supermarket the instant you walk in.

4 Tage in Miami

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Condo. Der Blick und die Lage zur Downtown (kostenlos mit dem Metro Mover erreichbar) ist nach wie vor spektakulär. Das Apartment ist groß, für 4 Personen bestens geeignet. Am Abend auf der Terrasse zu sitzen und den Blick auf die Downtown zu geniesen ist wirklich sensationell. Swimmingpool und Fitnessstudio sind kostenlos nutzbar. Was uns dieses Mal nicht so gut gefallen hat und dafür gibt es einen Punkt Abzug: Die Wohnung war nicht gut gereinigt, in den Schubläden, Schränken und auf dem Boden waren Schmutzrückstände. An manchen Ecken im Bad war Schimmel in der Dusche. Die Möbel in der Küche waren teilweise defekt und bei den Jalousetten im Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer fielen einzelne Lamellen raus. Es müsste also mal einiges renoviert werden. Dennoch ist das Condo ein sehr gute Adresse in Miami. Der Kontakt mit Gino ist unkompliziert und schnell.

Feels like Home...

Great apartment

We stayed here for 4 days and were very satisfied. The apartment is clean, spacious, quiet and well-maintained. There is a terrific balcony overlooking the City, a nice pool, and a parking spot in the garage. It stands between a Doubletree and a Marriot in Downtown Miami with a concierge and restaurants inside the complex..

Superb condo!

This was an awesome condo that provided a breathtaking view of the Miami downtown skyline and plenty of comfort with a spacious balcony, bedroom, and living room! It exceeded our expectations and I can't wait to come back and rent this condo again! The location was also wonderful as we had immediate access to Soith Beach and to the main highways. Eugene was always prompt and efficient with communication which made this a worry free vacation rental!

Now we are living in small town in Florida call Highland Beach were is not much to do so we decide in 2008 to buy condo in heart of Miami were is so much to do great restaurants, shopping, excellent shows etc. We use to condo on some weekends and rest of the year we rent to our customers
