This Condo building offers exclusive ameneties such as Beach Chaise Service, Exterior Pool, GYM and FREE Valet Parking Service. It's located by the "Millionaires Row" over Collins Ave.
The Apartment has a maximum capacity of 4 guests, with a Full King Sized Bed at the Main Bedroom, and a Sofabed + Futon in the Living Room. There is complementary WiFi Connectivity and TV Cable.
Enjoy the beautifull views of Miami Biscayne Bay while having Direct Beach Access right at the doorstep of the building.
At the Kitchen, there's the essentials for preparing breakfast and multiple meals; Essentails include Cooktop Oven, Microwave, Toaster, Fridge w/water and ice cube dispenser, Dishwasher, Coffee Machine, Dishes, Cooking Pots, and a full set of kitchens utensils.
The Unit has 1.5 Bathrooms, where you will have a set of fresh clean towels to your convenience. In the Full Bathroom there's a Full Bathtub and Hair dryer. We also provide soap and toilet paper. (For longer stays you will need to replenish).
Housekeeping is done before and after your arrival.
Laundry and Dryer Machines are located in each floor (Laundry cards are for sale at the building). Iron Machine / Table is complementary and located in the apartment.

• The Condominium has a strict policy of quietness between 10:00PM and 8:00AM for avoiding inconveniences.

• Follow House Rules and prevent any type of Smoke/Fire.
• Strict NO SMOKING in the apartment and building common areas
