We absolutely loved staying and Sage & Oak!

We absolutely loved staying and Sage & Oak! We had plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved the hot tub (even in July) and the boys loved the games. The view was spectacular and we enjoyed many nights on the back deck watching for bears and seeing the sunset. We were lucky enough to spot some bears around our main street off our driveway. I would definitely stay here again and my youngest even cried when we had to leave.

We absolutely loved staying at Sage & Oak! Most beautiful chalet I have stayed in! The view was nothing short of amazing! Susan was extremely responsive and very helpful! I HIGHLY recommend this chalet to anyone looking for their dream get away to the Gatlinburg area!

Truly an amazing place to be!

🤩Wow, truly an amazing place to be. The view from this cabin was breathtaking & nothing short of a dream. I will absolutely be looking forward to staying at this cabin again. You’re just secluded enough to enjoy the sound of nature but close enough to enjoy amazing restaurants & other activities near by. Truly a beautiful home & the shower in the main bedroom was just chefs kiss haha!

We loved spending our 15th anniversary at Sage and Oak. Susan was incredibly proactive and responsive when it came to the possibility of inclimate weather. You couldn’t ask for a better host. This is the second time we have stayed with her and we look forward to staying with her again in the future!

Beautiful home with AMAZING views

Beautiful home with AMAZING views. We came into town during a rough storm and I wasn't prepared for the view you walk into as soon as you enter the home. Listening to the thunderstorms and watching the lightening light up the valley was one of my favorite parts. The blackberry patch growing all along the back of the property was super cool too. Plenty of room for friends and family to relax, we will definitely book this cabin again when we come back. 10/10

Get away to pigeon Forge

My family and I stayed at the stunning cabin, located up in the mountain above Seville and pigeon Forge. It truly did have the best views, beautifully decorated, comfortable, and sensible layout, with just the right amount of cabin vibe. The master bedroom is an experience of a room. Would definitely stay there again. The drive up to the cabin is a little intimidating with the very tight turns and steep grades, but you have to make that drive to get that view.

Phenomenal Views & Thoughtful Host

My family of 7 (including grandparents, parents and small children) was blown away by the beauty and cleanliness of Sage + Oak cabin. We had very cloudy and rainy weather during our trip, so our best views of the mountains were actually seen from the cabin. In addition, it was the perfect size for all of us to have individual space, as well as togetherness. My children loved all of the games in the game room and we cooked several meals with the ample kitchen supplies. But what struck me the most about this rental was the kindness and thoughtfulness of Susan, our host. For weeks before the trip she was very accommodating and responsive about questions I had regarding accessibility for my mother and when she learned that my mother had passed away before our trip, she sent us flowers for condolence. Please don’t hesitate to book this cabin. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are I the area. Thank you for everything, Susan!

The most amazing sunsets we’ve witnessed in TN

Sage & Oak was just as described & in photos. Clean, beautiful, comfortable. We loved the wall of windows in the master bedroom, the hot tub in the evenings overlooking the lights in the valley, the incredible rainfall shower after a long day of sights & hiking. Beds were comfy, we loved the game room and the kitchen was a dream to cook in. Highly recommend! Bonus: The most amazing sunsets we’ve witnessed in TN.

This house is so much more than we expected.

This house is so much more than we expected. Gorgeous inside and the view is unbelievable. The location is so convenient to the smoky mountain park, pigeon forge, and gatlinburg. The drive up was daunting in the dark on the first night but we soon felt like locals going up and down. Susan was always responsive and friendly. We had an absolutely fantastic stay. Sitting in the hot tub drinking coffee and watching the snowfall was the cherry on top. Thank you Susan for sharing your lovely mountain home. ❤️

Beautiful and fun!

Susan’s cabin was exactly as described. It was spotless, breathtakingly beautiful, AND fun. Our kids loved the game room! Susan was also incredibly helpful and communicated early and often — so we also felt taken care of. I would definitely recommend this cabin for families. Thank you, again!

Expectations exceeded

My words can NOT do justice for this magnificent home or superb hostess! Expectations were FAR exceeded! We had to really convince ourselves to leave this cabin and go do touristy things because we were just so comfortable there. I dare you to show me a more beautiful view.! This house can NOT be beat! My 5 year old cried as we left. It made that much of an impact. The owner, Susan, is just an amazing woman. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She was so welcoming and accommodating and went above and beyond to make this place feel like it was our home for the week! Going back to this home can’t come soon enough for us!

Beautiful, relaxing vacation

We had a wonderful experience with the cabin. The cabin itself it beautiful and well kept. The views are stunning. The host was extremely gracious and made sure all of our questions were answered. The hot tub was the perfect place to spend an evening watching the sun set over the mountains. Quite close to Pigeon Forge so not hard to get groceries or find a place to eat. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book there again!
