El dormitorio principal está amueblado con una cama King, TV LCD, acceso al balcón privado, hermosa vista del golfo, vestidor y baño privado.

La habitación de invitados es una visita obligada. Cuenta con DOS camas queen size, TV LCD, vestidor grande (lo suficientemente grande como para una cuna) y muebles para niños de todas las edades.

Location at the end of the stop and close to the state park was nice and quiet. I appreciated condo was not too tall or busy, so easy to access our space. The condo had a lot of chairs and each toys available. Complex included access to basketball, pickleball, and tennis, in addition to the pool and hot tub. The condo has recently been updated which was nice since the building is a little older. However, it could have been a little cleaner. Overall a good price for the location!

Sunset Proposal

We had the best vacation here! Super easy check in, spotless condo, well stocked kitchen and amazing views!This will be one of the most memorable trips to PCB. Our daughter got engaged on the balcony overlooking the best sunset of the entire week! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Vacation and fishing

We were very impressed with this condo. We actually were able to check in earlier than expected and everything was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The unit was as the pictures showed and the furniture on the balcony was very comfortable with padded seating. We will rent this unit again.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway

We really had a great stay at this property. It is a beautiful condo and we love the location. We had a little hiccup getting checked in but it was resolved fairly quickly. Would highly recommend and would stay here again!

Quiet and relaxing

We loved our stay here! Condo was nice, clean, and comfortable. The condo was well stocked with everything that we needed. They even had a bed rail for toddlers to keep them from rolling off! The kids loved the pool and the beach wasn’t a far walk.

Weekend Getaway

My sister and our husbands came down to relax and recharge and this was the perfect place to do just that! The beach views and sunset are stunning! The entire condo has been remodeled and is fresh and beautiful. The property's location was perfect, and there was easy access to our favorite restaurants. This will now be our go-to place to stay! Great Beach Vacation Location

This condo is great! It has a balcony where you can drink coffee in the morning while watching the waves come in and then watch the beautiful sunset in the evening. The furnishings are comfy. It’s right on the beach with a pool and hot tub at the facility. We liked it also because it is at the end of the road before the state park so there is less beach traffic. The host is responsive. We would definitely visit again!

PCB never disappoints!!

What a great vaca!! The condo was as listed. We had a small ac problem that John had fixed within a few minutes! The couch that gets mixed reviews is comfy and cozy! The views are incredible! This was our 4th stay at Moonspinner. We lucked out with the best water we have ever had! The only thing I would add are fans for the bedrooms-the air was wonderful everywhere else but the bedrooms got stuffy at night. Thank you John for letting us share your home!

We had problems with the digital lock.

Nice condo, problems with digital lock, it was replaced by maintenance next day with a key lock...only one key for 3 people. Apparently there were complaints of digital lock not working with previous renters. We would stay at this property again.

beautiful condo!!!

we loved our stay!! This has to be the quietest, least crowded area in PCB, which was just what we were looking for. It is the last condo complex before the state park!! so peaceful and felt very private too. The condo is tastefully decorated and updated. nice smart TVs in all 3 rooms, the beds were super comfortable too. The master bedroom and bathroom were a little smaller than other condos we rented but we made it work as it was worth the view and had balcony access from the Master Bedroom!! the walk in closet was a definite bonus too!! the kitchen had all the pots and pans and utensils that you need( would have liked a tea pot) but everything else was great checking in we had a little tiny issue with security and with the door code, also you have to pull the door when locking but it wasn’t an issue once we got used to it John was Very attentive and we even got to check in early as there was no one at the condo the day we were checking in!!! thanks John for your wonderful hospitality

Moonspinner great but outdated condo!

We love staying at the Moonspinner but the condo certainly needs to be updated! Things that need to go: the couch for sure, the coffee maker definitely and the TV is a must! The chairs in the patio had wooden seats which definitely had been used to repair worn out seats! (Seriously)!!! I was afraid to run the dishwasher because it looked like it was coming out of the cabinet! Even with the huge windows, there needs to be better lighting, the condo was very dark ! Also, the toilets did not flush properly! John, was great and responded each and every time very timely! I definitely would not recommend this condo (nor rent it again for myself) to anyone!!! As a last recommendation, I would have a long talk with the housekeeper!! There were three coffee makers in closet! One was totally broken and did not have carafe , one had a molded coffee filter in it and the one I had to use did not keep the coffee hot( I had to reheat in microwave)! Behind the couch was an assortment of trash and bugs!!!!

Kaye, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at the Moonspinner but I'm sorry you were disappointed with the things you mentioned in your review. As a follow up: I will certainly let housekeeping know about the cleanliness behind the couch, the TV has been replaced with a new 60" 4K smart TV, the chairs on the deck are fairly new (1 year old) and the wooden seats are not replacements and were made that way. We have a Keurig and regular coffee maker. The dishwasher is in perfect working order and may have moved slightly in the space due to it being used. I get mixed reviews on the couch but I thinks its comfy! The issue with the toilets has been addressed with new valves but the slow drainage is a building issue that is out of my control. As far as the décor and lighting, our unit is designed to be a "comfy" retreat. It is just as it appears in the photos and should be attractive to guest looking for that type of unit. With two large glass sliding doors and the additional windows on the opposite wall, to allow in natural sunlight, it's very bright if they are all open.

Friends vacations.

This place was amazing. Easy check in, easy walk to the beach and short drive to St. Andrews. The condo was clean and a great place to relax after a long day at the beach. Will keep this place in mind for the future.
