Beachfront corner unit with breathtaking ocean views!


Welcome to our paradise home! Our corner unit offers spectacular views, directly on the beach where you can see for miles. Nautical Watch is a unique three floor low-rise building, low density area. The unit is on the top floor with open balcony.

This is a rare two-floor, three bedroom unit. The first floor has large family room, big screen smart TV, wet bar, adjacent to open kitchen. Being avid chefs, we have stocked the kitchen with anything you may need to prepare a gourmet meal. There is in-unit washer/dryer and we also added a small desk with two large monitors for those that need to work remotely..

The second floor boasts windows facing beach, it has queen bed, big screen TV, full bath. The adjacent room has full bed and TV suitable for children due to low ceiling. It is decorated in an underwater seaworld theme and kids love it!

*** NO ELEVATOR ***
It should be noted, there is no elevator. Due to the low rise, you are able to go to and from the beach without hindrance, no long wait for the elevator and trying to pack it in all at once. If you forget anything, you are just a few steps from your unit. Nautical Watch has private entry to beach with gated key code.

The pool is nestled in the complex with loungers, tables, chairs and grills. You can grill, enjoy the pool, eat/drink outside in our oasis. The pool is heated from December - February.

Parking is also very convenient, park directly by your entryway steps, no hauling across a large parking lot or garage.

We hope that you will enjoy staying in our unit and that it feels like home, convenient with all the amenities you need to relax. You will not forget the serenity of seeing the ocean and unobstructed view of the sunset, it is truly stunning and it offers a calm and reset that is immeasurable.

Absolutely fabulous property! Host was wonderful with lots of suggestions on dining and activities for the family. The beach was beautiful, the views from the balcony were stunning. The condo had everything we could have possibly needed! Cant wait tk stay again!

Best condo in PCB

This was our 3rd year staying in this condo and we will be back next year, for sure! Check-in and communication with the host is the best. She's always there to help with whatever you need.This condo literally has everything you need. Very clean and well thought of when it comes to amenities! Location is perfect!! We love that it's away from all the traffic but close enough to everything. Can't wait to be back next year!

Summer vacation 2025

This is our third time staying at The Nautical Watch condominiums. We like the privacy of the area, that it is only 3 levels and the other nice guests that stay at this location. This condo had a lot of bonuses that I liked. Lots of hooks to hang wet items, nice cookware, a water filter pitcher for making coffee. The ice machine worked, extra supplies that I forgot, such as, gallon bags, kitchen trash bags, cooking oil, new grills on campus and a beautiful beach view from the living room! We had a wonderful vacation and enjoyed staying at Lillian’s condo.

Spring Break

It was the perfect location for our family. Loved the sunsets and easy access to the beach. Take note that the small ocean themed room is really for small children and wouldn't accommodate an adult very comfortably. I took one star off for cleanliness because the place was very cluttered (but it WAS clean).

Awesome place

We experienced thunderstorms during our stays and couldn't go much to beach. But the wonderful views from living room made us feel right on beach . The board games provided made kids stay happy even indoors. Lillian was in touch with us through out stay and helped us with all our questions promptly. I saved this place as my favorites and will definitely pick it in future visits.

Great value and amenities

Can’t beat this spot for a family stay. Even if it’s just two of you - the value is amazing. Plenty of seating in the living room - beds are so comfortable. Ideal location and access to the beach. Kitchen so well stocked. The second floor bedroom is nice and quiet too. We didn’t use the kid bedroom but it is a very cool use of space. Pack smaller / lighter bags and you’ll have no problem walking up to the unit when you check in (or up the stairs off the kitchen to the 2nd floor bedroom). Will definitely return!

Repairs Needed

After checking in, I contacted the management company to let them know that our balcony railing was broken. Because we checked in on a Saturday, they informed me that it would be Monday before they could have someone come out. I did receive a call on Monday from the management company and they asked me to send them photos of the balcony railing. I did and she text me back and said she would have the HOA come check it. We checked out the following Saturday and as of that day, no one ever showed up. There were also missing outlet covers and no interior lock on the door which was a concern because our 18 month grandson was able to open the door. I was able to speak with Lillian the owner and she wasn’t happy. Hopefully these issues are resolved quickly.

Dreamy getaway

As soon as we opened the door we could tell just how clean the condo was . The floors had no trace of sand and they was shiny. The balcony had plenty of seating options which was a pleasant surprise. You could lounge on a super comfortable lounge seating or sit at a high teak table and chair with coffee in the morning. The living area was especially nice because it offered tons of board games and even a gaming unit with the tv. There was also plenty of seating in the living area as well. There wasn’t a table but a nice bar area with great seating attached to the counter . We ended up eating out side a few nights and that was very nice . The up stairs couldn’t be more perfect for my two kids . There was a nice queen sized bed which my daughter took . Then there was what used to be a large closet which they converted into a very neat underwater world for kids to sleep. It had its own vent and was plenty big for my 11 year old . He had his own tv in there and the bed was maybe a queen as well ? So you could easily have two kids in there . He loved having his own space . They had their own bathroom up stairs as well. It had a closet so they could hang things if they needed . The master bed room was my favorite! I can’t add everything I wanted because of to much text but this place was so nice and Lillian was an excellent host ! She was nice and helped when we needed it. There are lots of extras that go with this condo as well. Cleaning supplies, towels , ect

Immaculate Condo with dynamic views of the beach

Second time staying here. Always sparkling clean. Has everything in the kitchen you would need. Deck is on 3rd floor and you are on the beach and can take terrific pictures of the beach. Definitely would stay here again. Owner keeps it in terrific shape. 👍

Our Favorite Place!

We stayed in this location a prior year and found this jewel of a room for our most recent trip. We will want this room anytime we return to the area! It was fantastic for the kids. The kids ocean room was their favorite part. The beach is never too crowded due to the small condo, but close to all the tourist attractions. Absolutely the best beach family vacation spot we have found!
