You’ll find a Smart TV in every bedroom, and premium king beds with a remote-controlled incline feature. Some essential toiletries are provided in each bathroom (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap).

You will also be provided with fresh towels and linens as well as access to a laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided).

Guest access

As a guest, you can enjoy access to the entire cabin, including the decks and front / back yards. The cabin has two entry doors – main door and basement door. Both can be accessed with very few stairs.

WEDDINGS
Many guests have chosen our cabin for their weddings and we're always thrilled to host them! No extra fees.

TRAFFIC/ROADS
This property is conveniently located in the heart of Wears Valley. You can get to the cabin without any steep or winding roads.

Motorcycle enthusiasts – we are located just down the hill from Foothills Parkway!

FREE PARKING
The two private driveways provide ample parking for multiple SUVs, RVs, buses and trailers.

✹ PETS
We welcome pets of all sizes, but ask that they be house-trained, recently groomed/cleaned, and up to date on their flea and tick medicines. We charge a $200 pet fee which covers up to 2 pets, and then $100 per additional pet. Please note: these fees would be on top of the booking fee. Please contact the host if you plan to bring more than 2 pets.

✹ POOL
Water temp is set at 82 degrees, but can be increased to 85 degrees with an extra charge of $35/day (*must be increased for the entire stay).

✹ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT: may be available for $75 per hour. Please ask the host at least 24 hours in advance.

✹ Outdoor park style grill is free to use. However, charcoal is not provided

✹ Private outdoor fire pit is free to use. However, firewood is not provided


Other things to note

WATER
The cabin uses private well water that goes through a water treatment system before reaching the faucets. There might be a slight smell that is typical of well water. We would not recommend showering with jewelry on.

** Due to inclement weather or unexpected circumstances, certain amenities may occasionally be unavailable. But we will always do our best to make your stay as fun and comfortable as possible.

Please also note that since we are located in the mountains, there may be animals and bugs around. We have monthly pest control but that doesn't guarantee they don't sneak in sometimes! Because these situations are beyond our control, we are unable to offer refunds for them. Thank you for understanding!
