This updated condo is well appointed and offers something for the entire family. From the spacious queen bed in the main suite to bunk beds for the little ones, and a sleeper sofa for the teens, there's space for everyone to rest up before a day on the water. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo can accommodate everyone and includes access to an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, a sauna, and an exercise room. Cook breakfast in your fully equipped kitchen, then enjoy the view from your balcony in the morning or venture down to the shore and make memories that will last forever.

Love Love Love!

There was a power outage in our area and the host was amazing at keeping up informed on what was going on and was quick to respond when reaching out. Great access to the beach and great amenities. Will definitely be using them next year as well!!

Had a great stay. Nice amenities and very comfortable condo with gorgeous view. Only a few minor things need attention. Stove light, Island bar light and ice maker didn’t work. The only wine opener was bent and is no good. Kitchen was well furnished. I recommend this unit and would stay here again.

Mini-get-a-way

The condo was the perfect size for our mini trip. just my husband and I. Being on the second floor made it easy to get to and from the pool/beach/car. We visited during the "off season" and the unit was especially quiet :-). Unit was clean and ready for visitors. Will return!!

Condo was good but guest services were rude and unaccommodating

The condo was perfectly fine...perfect size for a 2 person vacation. The view was great and location is where we like to be. However, guest services via vacasa when contacted were very rude and did not accommodate any requests we made. additionally when contacted via text they went out of there way to 'prove to us' we had no options. will not use vacasa ever again.

Great location, Needs some updating!

The location was great! The Condo got the job done, but definitely would change some things! First, the smell when we walked in was horrible! Smelt musty, old. The cleanliness was alright. We had an empty Gatorade bottle, binky, wrappers and a little girls underwear sitting under the tv stand in the living room. The queen bed was horrible. Dips and lumps in it, with the box spring screeching with every turn. With the location it’s in, if some updates and a deep clean were done. It could easily be a recommended spot! Thank you.

Absolutely disgusting

Bed sheets stained with bugs, ants all over the place, hair on walls, dirty bag of sheets left on couch, silverware in drawers dirty with food on them, silverware found on floor by entertainment center, tinfoil on top of refrigerator whole place smelt like nasty fish nothing even seemed clean we reached out to management they dropped off new sheets and never addressed any other issues we sent around 16 pictures that showed everything very visible and was asked to send more just ridiculous

Horrible Experience Tidewater 206

This condo ended up being a disaster . The room was not clean upon arrival as there was sand everywhere including on the furniture and balcony. There were no brooms and the vacuum was broken. The bathtub did not drain properly and was backing up. The ice maker did not work. The mattress was not comfortable and needs replaced. There were no blankets or comforters in the condo. The toilet and no water in it and would splash up when flushed into the floor. I contacted Vacasa about all the problems and never received any help, only promises. Overall this was a complete waste of hard earned money. We were very unsatisfied with the entire stay due to the condo. The pros were the air worked well and the TV worked well and that was it.

Tidewater 206 Very Disappointing!

Been visiting Orange Beach/Gulf Shores for years never had a bad visit, really enjoy staying in this area. Upon check in: there was strong odor in this unit, older fridge with broken ice maker. Very limited on kitchen supplies and utensils. No batteries in the remotes for the tv’s. So we bought supplies to make this unit bearable. Elevator was down our whole trip. So only one working elevator for all the renters/residents to share. Spoke to a resident and she stated it had been down for weeks. I sent several emails and calls to management and everytime they said they would contact local management. Local management never returned one call or one email. To top it off I found out management or property employees walked into our unit without permission. Tidewater is a runner down unit, so many issues and the worst thing about this property is the management or lack of management. So many places to stay, I will forever avoid ever staying at Tidewater 206.

Great condo!

The condo is exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful time. Only two minor issues…one, the smoke detector is VERY sensitive. We set it off three times in five days. The first time was the first night we were there. We adjusted the thermostat because it was cold (late November). As soon as the heat came on, we could smell something burning (not unlike what we smell at home when we turn on the heat for the first time). We didn’t think much of it until the smoke detector started beeping and scared us all to death! We contacted Vacasa, and they sent someone out the next day. By then, all was well, and the maintenance staff found no issues. The next night around the same time, the smoke detector went off again for no apparent reason. We were all watching tv. The last time the smoke detector went off was when we were heating up a frozen pizza in the oven. The pizza didn’t get as done as we typically like it, but we didn’t want to push our luck with the smoke detector. The second issue was with the tvs. If you want to watch Dish, you are all set. If you want to use your streaming platforms, rethink that decision. Both tvs said that they needed updates, but neither could be updated. We were finally able to watch a movie on Amazon prime in the bedroom with minimal (but some) buffering. We checked the WiFi on our phones, and the speed was great. The only thing we could figure out was that the TVs were older and could not update the software. We enjoyed the beach as well as the indoor pool and hot tub. We LOVED that the pool was heated and therefore comfortable for a swim in late November!!!

Love the room, the view, and the new furnishings. The cleaning was sloppy. There was still a load of towels in the dryer and there were crumbs on the counter if you moved anything. I called in a ticket the 1st morning I was there (Tuesday) for the icemaker and the lights under the microwave to be fixed and never got any response. Left Saturday

Orange Beach Paradise!

Our vacation was definitely 5 stars! The condo was equipped with very comfortable beds, plenty of room to relax. It was very close to the beach & had a nice swimming pool. Everything was top notch. All of the appliances were up to date & in good working order. The balcony was fablous, we enjoyed relaxing on the nice furniture every morning for breakfast with our direct view of the beautiful beach while watching the sunrise. You can't get more relaxed than that! We thourly enjoyed riding ebikes at a nearby facility, which also had a nice cafe along the trail. We would highly recommend Tidewater anytime.

Nice Condo with Gulf view

The unit was pretty much as pictured. Very nice view of the ocean from the balcony. It is on the second floor, so the view is pretty much eye level and right above the pool. Kitchen was fully stocked along with full sized washer and dryer. It was roomy enough for the two of us, with a sofa bed in the living room for two other adults. The bunk beds in the hallway would be more comfortable for kids. The unit was reasonably clean, but a little more attention could be used in a couple of areas. The bathroom was nice and the one bedroom with a queen bed was just right for us. Would recommend and would reserve this unit again if we visit the area again.

Our Best Kept Secret!

We had an excellent 5-day stay. The Condo was very clean, modern and the location was perfect overlooking the pool and beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. Don’t forget your bikes, Orange Beach has some of the best biking trails nearby.
