This was a beautiful condo with amazing views. When we got there we quickly realized there was a lot of sand on the floor. I know it is hard to get up all sand, but some rugs near the bed and sofa would have helped to be able to wipe your feet off. The beds were soft, be extremely creaky. Every time you rolled over we would wake up the other person, the beds are definitely not ideal. The primary bathroom had a rattle and the toilet has a leak making it run the entire time. We just shut the door to sleep, but just a few things need fixed. Close to the beach and the outdoor pool was nice. Would have been nice to have access to some beach toys and chairs instead of renting. All in all, we had an amazing time

Very clean and spacious!

Our condo stay was fantastic. It’s very clean and spacious. Communication with the property mgr was great and check-in/out was super easy. Will definitely go back.

Great Location

Room was very clean and comfortable. Beach access was easy. Liquid Life responded quickly with any questions before and during stay. Really enjoyed the location of this condo.

Unforgettable

We had an amazing stay. The location. Amenities cleanliness! We are a blended family and this was our first vacation as such and each and every person had the best time. No one wanted to leave and everyone is ready to stay at tidewater again! Thank you for being a first for our family!

Very nice place

Everything was super nice, clean, there were enough bath towels and essentials to start off with. The only thing was the toilet in the main room ran randomly all the time and the hot water did not last super long. There was only one elevator working in the building which was annoying, had to wait a little longer for that. Overall, very nice place, we had a great time. Would definitely go back.

Awesome View!

The overall stay was nice, except for the awful mattresses and they could have spent more time cleaning. Tub in the master suite had mold around the tub, the ventilation intake was quite dusty and had pet hair. The place was overall dusty and not very clean.

I enjoyed staying at Tidewater as always, however , the double admin fee from both VRBO and Liquid Life was a surprise and unacceptable. I will use another vacation site for my next trip. Also, the charge for parking charge added this year was a surprise as well. I was totally disappointed in this rental experience.

The View

The location is wonderful. Walking distance from The Shrimp Basket, Zeke's Marina/restaurant and ice cream shop. We grabbed our pickup order of groceries from Walmart which was 3 minutes up the road. Very convenient. The condo was clean. THE VIEW was the best part! There are 2 balconies, both with incredible views. 2 elevators. We never waited over 1 minute for the elevator. We will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Great location!

The condo was perfectly sized and everything we needed. The sliding doors out to the balcony were disgusting and you could tell they most likely have never been cleaned. Do not bring more than 2 vehicles or you will have to find a parking space sways away from the condo for your 3rd vehicle. The view was beautiful and the boardwalk out to the beach was very nice.

For the price. A disappointment!

The mattresses and the couches are terrible. Both items zero comfort. Also, for tub shower combo in the Master bath. It made no sense. The stepup into the tub to use the shower is very, very high. Kind of dangerous. One more thing. For the number of people the condo is supposed to be able to support. Not nearly enough seating. While relaxing in the evening. I will be looking for a better location for my next visit. For the price. A disappointment!

HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT COMPANY

We booked this condo for the week and specifically picked it because it has a jacuzzi tub and with the complex having a smaller hot tub it was an added benefit for the kids who love a hot tub or jacuzzi. When we arrived the television in the master suite wasn’t working properly and the jacuzzi tub would not work at all. I contacted Liquid Life and they sent maintenance out the following evening to address the issues. We were told that the issue with the TV was the TV itself and it would have to be replaced. They said that the jacuzzi was missing a part and that they would notify management to get the issues corrected. Two days later I had still not received any updates on either issue so I went to the Liquid Life office. They told me that a TV had been ordered and would be delivered either Tuesday or Wednesday but still offered no solution for the jacuzzi tub. The TV not replaced on Tuesday or Wednesday and I didn’t receive any communication from management that it was going to be delayed.The TV was finally replaced on Thursday however still not information about the jacuzzi tub. Two of the mattress’s were extremely worn out and and uncomfortable it was like sleeping in a hole. So bad that decided to checkout a day early. I was given a concern from to send to management which I did and it took over 2 weeks and multiple messages to get a response. Which stated” you paid for the condo not the jacuzzi tub”

Great!

We loved staying here. Was everything we expected and more. Only had 1 issue but wasn't that big of a deal. Loved the covered parking and access to beach items if needed. Would recommend staying here for sure!!

Everything was great except the primary bedroom mattress

We would've given this place a maximum rating but the primary bedroom mattress was horrible. It scoops in the middle, so 2 people will constantly roll into each other through the night. Otherwise this place was near perfect.

We’ve stayed at many condos in Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area and none can match the views! It has large windows and 2 balconies. Gulf and Bay views! The condo was exactly what we needed for our trip!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay for a first visit in Orange Beach. The location was wonderful, and the views were spectacular. Only downside was the extremely moldy shower/jacuzzi tub, as as a lack of bedding for the pull-out couches (only sheets).

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Did not get to check in until 5:15 PM. Arrived and the cleaners still cleaning. Did not get to use our rental until 6:00PM. Unit had dust, light bulbs out, mold in jucuzzi jets, and pull out couch was broke.

Spacious with a large balcony

Great space-decorated very cute. Pretty clean with lots of room and a great view. Only complaint is the ice maker was broken otherwise it was perfect.

Beautiful

Our family had a great time. We have been coming to the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for years and my kids told me they thought this was by far the best condo we’ve stayed in. They all agree we need to just book this one every year. Thank you for a much needed getaway! We will be back!
