Great beachfront condo, great location, very clean. Check-in was a breeze. Had everything we needed for a weekend beach trip. It was true to the advertisement. 5minute drive from all the restaurants and entertainment. It was perfect for our small group. The only complaint I had was that the hot water in the shower runs out pretty quickly, so when multiple people shower consecutively, expect cool water! They provided plenty of towels though, more than I expected which was very convenient with multiple trips to the beach each day. Will definitely stay here again. Perfect and right on the money for the price point!

Location to the beach was amazing, condo was clean upon arrival, great location to many restaurants with a store, restaurant and ice cream shop right across the road.Condo in need of some updates in the bathroom from what appeared to be black mold on small part of the ceiling, tub has areas where paint is chipped off and bottom of bathroom door appears to have water damage. Many areas on walls in need of paint touch ups. I feel that black out curtains would be beneficial in bedrooms due to parking lot lights and the door to condo did not feel very secure.Overall a great relaxing stay with condo in need of some minor repairs.

The condo was a perfect location... directly on the beach. Nice pool. Very clean. Close to all stores and restaurants. Store across the road was extremely nice and not overly priced as well. Would definitely stay again.

I was optimistic about this place based on the pictures and reviews but it really wasn’t great. The Vrbo is on the end near the road so we could hear all of the traffic which kept our kids up. There was construction on the property the entire time. The beds had a cover on them that felt like sleeping on trash bags. I removed one to try to get comfortable and there were urine stains all over the mattress. There was an unknown yellow substance on the wall by the bed. There was food left all over the pull out bed. The place was overall kind of dingy and run down. It’s also very small. Not worth the price. The only upsides were proximity to the beach and the responsiveness of customer service. If you value comfort and cleanliness, this isn’t it.

Air conditioner

The conditioner went out three days of our 4 days there which was inconvenient but the property manager was on top of it and got it repaired each time which we were very grateful for

The door code.

So, the code upon initial arrival took a few tries. Then after an hour or so me, my spouse and our two children were locked out for over and hour due to the code not working and customer support trying several times before finally getting us in the room

Perfect for our short stay! Location was PERFECT!

The location was perfect! I have two teenagers so being close to the hangout was perfect! We had a store and eating place right across from us that was great and they all were so nice! The rooms were a bitSmaller than expected but it was just fine! Great place, great price!
