Another great spot to relax is the sunny living area, which boasts comfy sofas and a TV with cable to keep you entertained during your stay. Come back home from a splendid time in the community pool to a delicious homemade meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials. The location to restaurants and attractions was great. Sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the Ocean was very relaxing.

Good location

Great experience

We were just there for 2 nights but we had everything we needed, perfect location, and accessible. I had my elderly mother and my severely autistic adult child, accessibility was critical. Staff was awesome, answered questions quickly and resolved my concerns. Highly recommend this property.

Annual beach trip

At last minute, we decided to do an annual beach trip, we wanted the Fourth of July weekend and we found this condo. Did not disappoint. It was perfect, perfect location so many options for food and entertainment. The balcony was wonderful within a few yards of the beach. Would highly recommend this to everyone. Check in was easy. Great response fro management. Will be booking for next year soon.

Overpriced. Furniture was dated and looked like it came from a garage sale, not a sharp knife in the kitchen, no spices not even salt and pepper. Garage sale pots and pans, plates, cups, glasses. One roll of cheap paper towels, single ply toilet paper. Inside unit was clean, outside is not so clean, dirty elevators, dirty carpet on walkway to units, dryer lint all over it. The unit is a good place on the beach, close to everything, nice beach view. I have stayed in really nice units in the area before for less money. Overall it was okay, it is just the price and the inside of the unit that was disappointing.

Good family memories at a great place in the beach!

The comfort/coziness and cleanliness of this room was my favorite part of staying in room 2G at Driftwood Towers! Our family loves the nice living area with a couch big enough for 6 or 7 ppl! The bedrooms were neat and very homey and bathrooms were clean. We also loved sitting on the balcony which was roomie with a great view. There’s a great view from the master bedroom too. The room could use a little updating but not much. The building isn’t far from the beach so the walk wasn’t far to the water. The beach is beautiful and clean! The stairs and elevator were both at a comfortable distance from the room. Driftwood Towers is also close to ice creams shops and restaurants that we enjoy (SeaNSuds is our fav;) May Jesus Christ bless and keep whoever reads this!

Plenty of room

Good size for a two br. Second floor view is perfect. You might want to bring a few extra towels and garbage bags. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Gulf Front

Driftwood Towers is an older condo complex with all beach front units, free ground level parking, pool and easy beach access. Even though appliances and some furniture was a bit dated, everything was spotless and very well maintained. Check in and out was amazingly simple and we will definitely choose this unit for any future visits, if it is available. The only drawback for me is that the complex is not pet friendly and I sometimes like to travel with my dog.

Nice location and view

The condo was clean and the King bed was comfy. The door code was 10 digits we thought that was too long. We were unhappy that the bathrooms at the pool area were no longer available. Having to go upstairs all day long is a hassle for sure! Overall a great stay.

Weekend getaway

The condo itself was great! Booking process was smooth. The only complaint was the couch and loveseat in the condo. It was old, worn out and smelled absolutely horrible. We could not even sit on it due to the smell. It definitely needs to be upgraded. I was hesitant when I saw the condo pics because it did not inviting but we did not have many options booking last minute.

Homey, Comfortable, CLEAN & Family-friendly!

Firstly, the cleanliness was great! We walked barefoot in the condo sometimes and our feet didn’t get dirty, which is how it should be. We really appreciate how clean this home was! It was updated enough and also had great older touches like a super clean oven and dishwasher! It felt like home. They worked great. The fridge and washer/dryer were great too! The balcony is a good size for a big family and the living room was so comfy with the large sectional couch! The bedrooms were comfy and a good size as well. Hot water worked good for the showers and at the sinks. The view was so beautiful and walk to the beach wasn’t far at all. We watched the waves and ppl enjoying the beach, and one day we got to see a storm roll in and some beautiful lightening in the ocean. The beach also wasn’t too crowded considering we stayed here just a few days before July 4th! The tv was easy to use and wifi worked great, even though we did have to message the host for the correct password. We liked having two free parking passes too! The area, where Driftwood towers is located, felt safe and was nice and close to the places we love to go, like SeaNSuds and all the ice cream shops! The stairs and hallway to the pool and elevator area could be freshened up a bit, but you aren’t in there long when you’re heading to the beach anyways, so it’s not a huge deal. The property manager was nice and seemed to be willing to help if we needed her, which thankfully everything went well so we didn’t. Overall, I recommend this home and I would stay here again! Condo was neat and clean. It was somewhat dated. One of the laundry room bi-fold doors was propped up against the wall when we arrived, and repairs were never made. The popcorn ceiling in the master bath looks like it had been wet and was coming off the ceiling. There was no maintenance on the pool the whole time we were there that I saw which made me wonder if the proper chemicals were being applied. The bottom of the pool was covered in sand and had not been vacuumed. Also, there was a lot of trash on the grounds on the sea side of the condo that was there when I arrived and still there when I left including a ketchup bottle, trash bags and flip flops. The location was convenient, but I will probably look for something else when I return.

Disappointed

The property was ok. Dated appliances and fixtures like door knobs and shower nozzles and functional electric outlets could improve substantially. The biggest issue we had was the delayed and poor communication from the booking agent, sometimes taking days. Misinformation about internet logins and then not getting back to me for days. The pool and beach access weren’t available and we weren’t informed before our arrival. The facility posted this information a week before we arrived. This would have changed our booking as we have a daughter with special needs- making easy access to beach and a pool necessary for our vacation. Neither were an option. We were devastated to say the least as this is our only vacation for the year and it felt like more work than rest. Will not consider booking with this group again in the future. Condo was clean. Could use more towels and updated cookware. Overall, condo isn’t bad minus facility issues. One Elevator Was also down- again an essential for us. :(
