This condo is right on the beach and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants right across the street! Take in a movie or concert a short distance away at the Wharf or take one of the many charter boats just down the street. This is a large condo located on the seventh floor that has enough space and privacy for everyone. The main bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen, with a sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are limited parking spaces. If there are no parking spots when you arrive, please park across the street at the Fairfield Inn. You will need to go to the front desk; there is a fee to park at the hotel. Please contact customer service if you have to park there.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
