Located on the fourth floor, this lovely one-bedroom home is waiting to provide you with vacation bliss! Take the elevator down to the direct beach access for an afternoon in the water then come back to prepare a delicious meal in the full kitchen. The balcony is a great place to enjoy an alfresco dining experience. Take advantage of the free WiFi to post your best selfies to your social media before moving down to the shared pool for a luxurious swim.

THINGS TO KNOW
Seaside Beach & Racquet is comprised of five buildings situated on the ocean side of Orange Beach. The first digit of the room number identifies the building number. Buildings 1 and 2 are closest to the tennis courts and do not offer a view of the ocean. Building 3 offers a panoramic view of the ocean, while 4 and 5 offer partial or angled views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico.

This property is managed by Vacasa Alabama LLC.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 4.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Much needed weekend vacation

We loved everything about our rental. It was a beautifully decorated and clean condo. The view of both the pool area and the beach was beautiful. The location was also very convenient. We will definitely try to stay here again!!

Unit was in great shape. The only problem we had was the patio chair ripped out. They came and picked it up the next day. The were doing work on the walkway above us and made a loud racket.

Great oceanview condo on orange beach

This is a great condo and property on the beach. Condo is clean and updated with nice furniture and appliances. WiFi and satellite tv. Keurig for morning patio coffee overlooking the ocean. Property has nice pool, tennis courts. Easy in and out walk to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas on beach from third party for fair fee. We will book this exact condo again. 5 stars

Good but could use updating

We had some cleanliness issues and the property is a little dated…still has VHS player and the couch is pretty worn down. Other than that, we had a great time. The view from balcony was awesome.

Rooms too small and poor on site service

Absolutely no room in bedroom closet or in bedroom itself. Elevator clearly not maintained well and quickly went out of service. Location is in our favorite area and some facilities were at least acceptable but we’ll be looking for some place else next time for sure.

Great place!

This condo was in a great location, with a good beach view, literally only a few steps to the beach, fast elevator, beach chair/umbrella service & nice pool. The outdoor complex areas were extremely well kept! As for the inside, the furnishings, decor, & appliances were all up to date & in great condition. The unit was EXTREMELY clean & we are sticklers for cleanliness. This is a great value & we will definitely stay there again! Only negatives were the parking fees, poorly lit main doorway, slightly difficult door knob & lack of space in the bedroom. Those things were easy to overlook considering the quality of the condo & complex overall.

Perfect for our short time there.

I took my adult kids to Orange Beach for a short get away for us all. Condo was adequate for the amount of time we actually spent in it. Nothing fancy, but had all the amenities we needed at a low cost. All the electrical outlets need replacing as most are so loose they don’t hold a cord well enough to make a good usable connection. The gate to the beach, only one side of the code access worked. So you had to reach around and do the code from the other side if coming from the beach. Great location.

Disappointed vacasa does not communicate or answer questions. Charges for parking was More than advised , charged $50 to park when y’all advised $35. Code to enter didn’t work. No hooks to hang close anywhere. Bedroom fan was dirty and needs cleaning. Shower liner is mildewed. Overall our experience was not very pleasant.

Fabulous but frustrating

The view was amazing and exactly as pictures and other reviews were accurate. What I hated was the fact the living room and dining area are backwards. The couch and tv need to swap places. You have this great view but you have it set up so guest have to stare out the window at a high rise condo, particularly at night as the side you face is very bright and for the person who sleeps on the couch it’s awful. Guesr would prefer to be able to sit on the couch and look out over the pool and ocean during the days particularly when it’s raining and you can’t be outside. Who wants to stare at concrete. The dining table is also in an awkward spot and should be put on the other wall as well. Overall I really liked the place, small but very comfortable beds and clean. But based on the current layout I would not stay here again.

Right on the beach

Nice condo, great location. It was confusing as to which building the parking guy was directing us to. Otherwise good experience. To future renters: unit 4411 did not have a hair dryer or Tupperware. No big deal, just good to know ahead of time. Had everything else we needed. Great trip.

Okay - with a few issues

Property is listed as a “beachfront location” and this is certainly true for the building. However, this unit is not beachfront. Be aware of this. The unit overlooks the pool with a view of the gulf but is set back from the beach within the building. Also, for some strange reason, the designer of the building thought it was a good idea to put the air conditioner unit in a closet in the bedroom. It is really noisy and we didn’t get any sleep. I mentioned both issues to Vacasa and got crickets.
