With room for up to 11 family members and friends, this beautiful condo situated on peaceful Perdido Key welcomes you with floor-to-ceiling panoramic views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. Step out onto your private wrap-around balcony to take in the full view!

This luxurious corner condo comes with travertine tile flooring in the living area and carpeting in the bedrooms.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare meals for the group. Granite countertops make cleanup easy. A wine cooler, wet bar and ice-maker are available for extra convenience, and there's lots of storage space for the essentials. An eat-in bar is the perfect spot for family members to sit and chat with whomever is the designated chef for the day!

The living area is spacious and offers plenty of seating. You'll love the big view of the Gulf as you relax.

With four bedrooms and 4.5 baths, there is plenty of private space to retire after a full day at the beach or exploring the area. Two bedrooms are outfitted with king-sized beds. A third bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the fourth two sets of bunkbeds.

When you step outside, you'll find the complex has an outdoor pool with a swim-through to the indoor pool. There's a fitness room with multiple pieces of equipment to help you stay in shape during vacation! The fitness area also includes a shower and a sauna.

Of course, the main attraction is the beautiful beach, accessible via boardwalk, making accessing the powder-soft, white sand and emerald-green water a breeze.

This property will have ongoing extensive construction beginning in September 2022, taking place over the next year. There will loud noises, limited parking, and periods of time where there will be no amenities and no deck access.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
