Four Seasons amenities include 24 hour security, free WIFI, 2 pools (one indoor and one outdoor), sauna, fitness room, boardwalk, 2 outdoor showers for sand removal, and the only private fishing pier on the Alabama Coast. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent or you may bring your own. There are 70 units serviced by 4 elevators. It is in the heart of Orange Beach near restaurants, shopping, the state park, hiking trails, go carts, mini golf, golf courses, and much more!!

Things to Know
Two cars per reservation are allowed with the exception of one car allowed during the weeks of Memorial Day and July 4.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Lots of room in the condo, no issues getting to room and loved the beach access as well as the pier. Could use some upgrades to the room but nothing to stray us away from staying again.

The unit is dirty and dated. No batteries in remote. Dirty bed spreads. Broom float had dirt swept in it. No screens on patio doors. Don’t recommend.

Bring your roach spray!!!

A complete and total nightmare!! This unit was rented to us with the owners knowing that there was a roach issue. The first night we arrived we started seeing roaches. Called Vacasa and got absolutely no help, no communication, and no resolution. I absolutely do not recommend!

Would definitely rent again

Great small older property, which is a definite plus! Easy access to pool and beach. There were light bulbs out and few other minor issues that were reported and no response - which was disappointing. Overall our group.would rent again.

Pier and beach were great. Elevators in the west building was not air conditioned and it was hot. Beds were comfortable. Wifi good. TV’s are all small but fine. Washer/dryer good. Great view. Condo needs major work. We would not stay there again. We have always used Vacasa and they have always been great to work with.

Take your roach spray!!!

This was a nightmare! They knowingly rented a unit with roaches!!! The night we arrived we started seeing roaches. I started calling the local Vacasa number per the rental agreement and got absolutely NO help. Only the standard, “we will call the association and let them know and we will be back in touch.” They never did. I called, text, messaged in the app with no resolution. We quarantined our belongings so hopefully we didn’t bring any home. I definitely don’t recommend booking through Vacasa. The view was amazing though!

Improvement needed

We love the Four Seasons and will stay there again. We were disappointed with the unit we rented. The ice machine needed maintenance, change filter light was flashing. The blinds mechanism in the living room did not open or close. There was only one bath and wash towel per person and no hand towels.

Needs updating

This is the second time we have stayed in this condo, this time the cleaning was poor like the floors have never been mopped or swept, the glass on the doors looked like they haven’t been wiped down in quite sometime, and the counters needed wiping as well. The worst part is that the aaC broke down on our 3rd night there and the only thing done was to add Freon. The manager was nice and heard what we had to say but this place could use some updating.

Parking

Do NOT rent this on Memorial week. They will only let you park one car even though the parking lot was only half full every single day!!!! We, of course, traveled in more than one car and my two year old grand baby was with us. The only parking they recommend is 20 miles away. Frustrated is not the word I would like to use! Other than that the master bed was comfortable and overall clean.

Beach Time

We had a great beach trip, however the unit definitely needs some work and upgrades! The curtains at the bay window were messed up, so we just had to roll them and lay them on top, neither bedroom door going to the balcony would open without a ton of strength to open. The master bedroom balcony door would not open at all. The fan in the living room was missing a blade, the TVs in the king rooms would not work. On the last night we finally got the master bedroom tv working by having to program the remote & download the channels. The outside light would not work, so you couldn’t see the lockbox numbers or the door handle. The front door handle was broken and wouldn’t stay locked most times. Other than those things we had a great stay and will be returning to Four Seasons! The pier was amazing and we saw lots of sharks and stingrays, & the ice maker was a dream to have inside the room at the beach!

Near Perfection

Pros: VIEW!!! Amazing!!! Condo facilities ….excellent! AC….great!!! Value….A+++. Location and access to highway…easy!! Can sleep a village with 2 king bedrooms- both with private balcony access and private baths….3rd bedroom with 3 twins plus 2 trundles. That’s 5- FIVE folks in one bedroom. Has attached bath that is accessible from bedroom and hallway. Nice big private laundry room. Comfortable furniture and ample seating. Beautiful and CLEAN condo. Cons: beds were not bad, but could be better comfort wise. Linens and pillows were good though. Spa tub in master bath did not have adequate hot water— at all!! Didn’t report because didn’t attempt use until last night there but will advise company. Some of the walls had paint/Sheetrock damage. a little bigger outdoor patio set would be nice but the chairs that are there are comfortable. I am a critical person with high expectations….and my bottom line is this….I WILL BE BACK!! Overall excellent experience!!
