Experience beachfront living at its finest at this darling 14th-floor condo! Located right on the beach, the views from your private balcony are simply out of this world. This is a great way to start your day sipping on a cup of coffee, reading the morning paper, listening to music, and admiring a picture-perfect sunset! The living area is bright and has comfortable furniture (including a spacious and inviting sectional) with splendid views and a TV with cable. The kitchen is complete with modern appliances that will make cooking a breeze - if you're brave enough you can search for that recipe you've been dying to try and finally show off your cooking skills! You and your friends will be granted access to a community swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center as a plus when you book this family-friendly condo.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The accommodations were fabulous!! However the beach access code I was given was wrong and the local HOA was unresponsive. I had to rely on a kind family on the beach to give me the code.

Great size and location! Girls group enjoyed it the only thing was our pool and beach access code wasn’t correct when we got it but another patron gave us the correct one

Our Happy Place

This was our second year staying in this condo. We loved having the large living area, the view and the easy access to the beach. We spent lots of time on the balcony watching the sea life. We can’t wait to book again next year.

Spacious accommodations - but there were issues

Accommodations were perfect for 7 adults with 4 beds/4 baths.Issues: door did not lock from inside, took 1-1/2 days to get it fixed and in process of getting it fixed, we were locked in - new deadbolt installed. Not 1 extra towel, or blanket. Lighting in living room very dim, kitchen light started having problems night before we left. Water dispenser on refrigerator trickled out - maintenance man said low water pressure. Had to keep buying bottled water. TVs only gave you basic programming - could not stream from our ipads. Towel rack in master bath was loose - showed itg to maintenance man. Did not have a welcoming box of k-cups, sugar or cream and no basic spices of salt and pepper. That was a first for us! Last day 1 elevator did not work - would not go up. Also, being off season there were plenty of parking spaces in open lot and to only give 2 passes seemed stingy. My husband thought the furniture could use as deep cleaning. The beds were quite comfortable. Bottom line - I would book again as I know now what to expect.

TA Experience

My first experience was what did I booked because of exterior door but once inside it was nice and clean. The balcony view is amazing. The property we’re doing a lot of up date such as painting. The staff were very helpful !!! interior was very clean

Wonderful Views

Great place to stay especially if you have a large group! Very nice and clean. The views from the condo are wonderful! Not only can you see the view from the living room but both ocean front bedrooms.

Lovely home with amazing view and outstanding amenities. This condo is huge and easily accommodated our party of 7. Furniture is super comfortable and everyone had a place to sit and spread out. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and then some. Casserole dish? Check! Cookie sheet? Check! Plastic pitcher for serving those margaritas? Check! Unit was clean and owner responded quickly to any and all queries we had. I’ve already sent this listing to other friends and family and would happily stay here again.

Super condo in a great location

I highly recommend this condo for families or even a group of friends. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The rooms are very spacious and the balcony is fantastic. We sat out every morning with our coffee overlooking the water. We watched the dolphins and lots of other sea life. We liked it so much, we have already booked it for next year. .

Gorgeous views from the 14th floor!

We had a wonderful time staying at Crystal Shores West. The view from the massive balcony was gorgeous. The condo is on the top floor so even the view of the bay from the front door was breathtaking. The only downside to this property was the elevators. There’s only 2 and they take a long time unless it’s early in the morning or late at night. The property could benefit from fans in or near the elevators. The outdoor pool was great! The hot tub was nice and hot. The fountain coming from the pool was too rough for our kids and we couldn’t figure out how to turn it off but the pool temp was great. The inside pool is misleading because it’s a small part of the outdoor pool covered. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Furniture was comfy and big enough for everyone.

Family Vacation

The four-bedroom/four bathroom condo, with a beautiful view, was perfect for our family: two grandparents, two married sons & wives, & two grandchildren. Was expecting to wait in long lines for the elevators but we had no problem. The location was perfect for what we had planned. There could have been more dish towels, dishwasher soap, and bath towels. We donated four beach chairs and a surfboard. Hope someone enjoyed the wine that was left there.😊

Excellent Experience!

Our group of adults and two young children just spent a week in this great condo. It is luxuriously spacious and clean, with comfortable furniture and beds, and lots of bathroom space. The 14th floor view is fantastic! We had daily eye-level fly-bys of pelicans and an osprey. We even caught a glimpse of manta rays and playful dolphins from the balcony. The unit was easily accessed*, and the on-site management staff was helpful and courteous when we arrived and had questions. (*The door can be tough to pull tightly closed to lock, so double-check it.) We had to text the "damages" number provided about a broken coffee carafe, and the representative responded quickly and was very helpful. The beach access is easy, and it's just a short walk to the water's edge. While there were plenty of people, it never felt uncomfortably crowded to us. Our particular week, it was generally a family-friendly environment, and relatively quiet, despite the extra influx of Memorial Day long weekend visitors toward the end of our stay. The unit location itself was very quiet. This is a beautiful condo unit, and we highly recommend it!

Three generations family gathering

We enjoyed the view, convince to the beach, square feet and full kitchen. We used all the bedrooms & bathrooms and had plenty of space. We would stay again.

Condo was clean, view was great! Very roomy. Kitchen appliances were up to date and met expectations. Living room furniture was showing wear, but comfortable. WiFi connection was slow.
