My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful, clean and the view was exactly as it was advertised. Our next stay in Gulf Shores will be with Brenda again.

The condo was super clean and had all of the comforts of home. Brenda was a great host, and was very prompt to answer any questions. We spent most of our time enjoying the amazing views from the balcony. Just steps to the beach...could not ask for a better location. Highly recommend this unit and this host! We can't wait for our next trip!

Property was beautiful and we had a great time. Beach wasn't too busy during our stay. The condo had everything we needed. The only complaint was that the outdoor furniture was uncomfortable, but with a beach, we didn't spend much time on the balcony anyway.

This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of four. Location is perfect to get to restaurants, dollar store and ice cream! Huge TV in living room was perfect for kids to watch and sleep on couch bed. Super clean condo. Beach access was perfect walk and pool and hot tub were great for kids in evening. Hope we can come back!

This was our first time vacationing in Gulf Shores. We went during the first week of August and had a wonderful and relaxing time. The condo was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. We were very comfortable in the condo and we enjoyed the pool, beach, and local restaurants. Brenda was an excellent host and communicator. We highly recommend this property.

Great View!!!!

We loved the condo and the view was AMAZING. The beach was not over crowded which was also nice. The only bad thing was that the elevator was broken for about half our trip and Brenda had told us there would be people there to help us carry all our stuff up the steps but there was no one there. When I contacted Brenda she said that the email all of the owners got said there would people there to help so it was not her fault there was no one there but it did still suck. Once the elevator was fixed it was much better taking our stuff down to our car to leave. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get-away

After Hurricanes Helene and Milton made our original plans impossible, we found this little bit of heaven at Crystal Shores. It was perfect! Not only was the condo and the beach front wonderful, but Crystal Shores is located within walking distance of many restaurants and things to do, yet far enough to be a little more quiet. Brenda was fantastic to work with! From our first contact with her, in our desperation to find a last minute place to stay, to our last, which was just to report a scratch on a door that was there before we arrived, she answered so quickly, it surprised me. She was friendly and kind with each response and very accommodating. I truly appreciated her! One final note--we did not have to pay to go on a dolphin cruise: we saw dolphin shows from the balcony each day, except for the day a cold front came through. Perfect vacation!

Great Place

Great place to stay. Location is good and amenities are great. Didn’t use the gym - it was a vacation after all - but pool was good and beach was beautiful and close. The bed was comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Only (small) problem was soap that was provided is very small so bring your own. Other than that no complaints. Owners were VERY responsive and nice!

Condo building is outdated and not in a great location

The host was very nice and always answered quickly but the condo and the building is outdated and could use some upgrades. The location isn’t convenient for walking to restaurants like other condos we have stayed in. The elevators were out of service quite a bit during our stay so there was always a huge line to get an elevator when you were at the beach or pool. The pool area is small for a large condo with limited seating. If I were to visit again I would definitely choose a condo closer to the Orange Beach side of Gulf shores.

Great Location on Great Beach

The owners of this property are great and communicate well. The home is perfect for what is, a place to sleep and cool down. You can wake up to watching dolphins and mackerel in the golf just outside and sometimes in the swim area!! I really enjoyed the ole coffee maker since vacations take way more the a couple a "K Cups". They have beach chairs a umbrella which was a huge benefit since who wants to pack that stuff. Great Place. 2 Adults w/ their 14 year old and 12 year old children.

My family's stay at Crystal Shores West Condo 305 was wonderful. The condo had everything you would want and the views were beautiful. My grandchildren especially enjoyed the pool, it was for toddlers to teens. If we come back someday, I will definitely stay here again.
