This spectacular corner unit features a sun drenched wrap around balcony that features a view of the beach that will take your breath away. The living room features ample floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows that bring the beach inside.The master suite features a King sized bed with a private entrance to the balcony and allows for the guest to see the ocean without leaving the bed. All bedrooms have access to the balcony and Bluewater 401 features a full sized side by side washer and dryer. With an indoor and outdoor pool and indoor hot tub and exercise room you'll hate to leave, but you can sure come back!

Excellent Beach Retreat

Our favorite rental in Orange Beach!! We loved the covered porch and furniture overlooking the Gulf, we enjoyed many hours out there. Clean and comfortable. Ice maker was a favorite amenity for sure!! Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Nice get away on the beach!

The location was really nice and close to the beach. The AC was nice and cold, and the ice machine was a favorite. The WiFi worked perfectly. It was nice and spacious. We loved the balcony table and seating, the best room of the house. We only had 3 complaints, washer machine was out of order, the double bed room had a smell, and we were only given 2 parking passes. We did enjoy our weekend vacation.

Great location! Construction of condos next door was a little annoying!!!

Loved the closeness to the beach! Balcony size and views were wonderful! Didn’t like the constant construction going on at the condo directly next to us.

Great property!!!!

I had a girls trip with my daughter in laws and myself and the grand babies. The location to the beach and the pools when it rained was so convenient for our group! We stayed for four nights and our beds were super comfy! Hope to do this again in the future and would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

Great stay

Relaxing vacay with the family. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool, the access to the beach, and the leisure feel of everything. The rooms were spacious we loved the multiple balcony access of the corner room. We were impressed that the room stayed cool even on hot muggy days. Would love to say again!

Got there and the door didn’t want to work. Got that part fixed. Walked in and seen immediately how absolutely disgusting this place was. The photos they are using are not current. I paid almost 1600 for two nights and I will NEVER stay here again. Blood on the back of the bathroom door, the slip cover on the dining chairs and bar stool chairs look like they have never been cleaned in their life time. Sand all in the bathroom and the tub so it wasn’t cleaned. someone’s dirty shorts were hanging in the closet so that tells us the cleaning crew didn’t even open the closet door. there were semen stains all over the master bedroom pillow when we walked in. Disgusting! They offered a 154 refund that’s it. We had to go and buy our own sheets and pillow cases for us to use while there. The hot water only lasted about 13 min and then that’s it. So 2 people couldn’t even take a shower on the first night. The 2cd bedroom with the twin beds, the headboard was falling over. The bathroom vent hanging off the ceiling. Marks, stains, paint peeling, you name it, save your money and never stay at this condo ever!

Wonderful spot for young family

My husband and I stayed with two children, 2 and 4, and two other adults. The space was perfect for our group. The proximity to the beach was perfect for transporting all of the things a family with young kids needs for a day on the beach, but also convenient for quick trips back up for naps and snacks. Clean and good space with no unnecessary clutter, we will be back!

Great beach time but disappointed with this condo!

Pros: the balcony (large and very accommodating) Ice maker (big plus) Fast elevators and easy access to the beach! Cons: the unit is in dire need of updating. There were some cleanliness issues and outdated linens (pillows and blankets) which could be handled easily. I blame the owners not Vacasa. We would not stay here again until the unit gets a full redo! TV is difficult to navigate and Fox News timed out each day 🤷‍♀️

Letdown

I never leave bad reviews because I can always find the good. However, this was an unpleasant experience and the owners and Vacasa need to know. Issues we had: 1. Door would not open when we arrived and no one would answer the phone or respond to texts. They provided a # available for texting saying we would receive a fast response. False. I finally called the management company and made a selection like I was wanting to book a vacation. That is the only way I received help for the code not working. 2. We had five people and the hot water barely lasted for one person to shower. Hot water lasted a total of 15 minutes. Ever come back from the beach with 5 people to get ready for dinner? 4 out of 5 took cold showers. 3. The unit was clean when we got in meaning it was picked up and beds were made. However upon closer look several things were obviously not clean. There was a large clump of hair on the bathtub in plain sight. If the tub had been cleaned it would have been seen. There was a very dirty sock on the floor. The balcony door was ajar and there were bugs in the room. When we pulled the couch bed out there was a used piece of floss under the cushion and the sheets were dirty. There was no baking sheet in the condo. I sent pictures to the text line and emailed them to Vacasa. I did not receive a response until 3 the next afternoon. Then a lady showed up, no one told me she was coming, and brought sheets. She asked if we wanted her to come clean the unit but at that point it had been 24 hours and I had cleaned. I’d like to know what would have happened if I hadn’t called over and over again when we couldn’t get in our room? Would it have been 3 o’clock the next afternoon before they bothered to reach out? Such a MAJOR letdown to a very expensive unit in which I thought paying more would provide better service. NOT TRUE. Do not stay in this unit if you can help it and do not book via Vacasa if you can help it.

Great condo!

This was our first time to orange beach ever! We went off a whim picking a condo that looked nice not knowing what to expect but pictures and it was absolutely perfect! Very spacious, including the patio that wraps around and the best view! We will be back in may and hope to get the same unit again!

Outstanding!

As a business man I have traveled the world. Now retired, I was able to take my kids and grandkids to this incredible condo right on the beach this place has something for everyone. Impeccably decorated, first class accommodations and I certainly highly recommend! I plan to make this an annual trip can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful Condo

My family had such a beautiful trip. The condo was very clean and luxurious. The home was beautiful, the decor of the home was just stunning. The pictures do not lie, the pictures are exactly how the view, and home is. The customer service and reservations staff was very accommodating and friendly... By far this was one of my favorite vacations can't wait to book with Vacasa for my upcoming trips.
