Ice maker was indeed the best part of the condo. There were only 5 forks in the kitchen. Not really but one baking pan and not a good pan for frying eggs. Needs more washcloths as well. Looked fairly clean on arrival but had some type of burro or briar in the carpet we kept stepping on til I finally picked them out.

Not worth the money

Have booked with vacasa many times and always had good experiences and nice clean places until this trip! The owner to this unit honestly needs to close it down for a while and do some serious repairs and remodeling. When the lamps are all glued together and there aren’t fixtures in the kitchen, both lounge chairs on balcony are broken so can’t use them, the place itself was NOT clean!! Toilet seats wiggle when you sit on them and comforter on king bed looks like a curtain. We had to wash all the dishes we used not just rinse them actually wash them. Behind the sink was nasty in the kitchen and also the oven was dirty. For what we paid for this unit we are very upset and all we could get refunded was cleaning fee!!! Makes us think before booking with vacasa again since they manage this property!!

Not bad but not great

The room was just meh. Outdated. All tile floors in main areas but no rugs at all. Floors were very slippery if wet. We ended up finding some extra carpet in the closets and used those as rugs. Very bad mold in cabinet next to refrigerator. Master toilet handle was broken on arrival but they did get that fixed the next day. The description said parking passes would be in room on arrival. They weren’t. We paid $65 to security to get one so our car would not be towed. The guy from Vacasa said we would be reimbursed. That has not happened yet.

Security Officer (really rude only 1 of them)

Very pleasant place to stay The first day when we arrived the security guard was very rude. We had just arrived and he told us that if we didn't have the parking pass on the vehicle would be towed. I told him I haven't even got to my room to retrieve the parking pass and he bluntly told me that wasn't his problem.
