Book your summer vacation to this newly renovated, one-bedroom condo conveniently located within one block of the beach - with no highway to cross to be surfside! You'll have sun and surf, a sparkling community pool, and nearby Northside Park at your fingertips.


Amenities include a private balcony, two flatscreen cable TVs, free WiFi to keep you connected, AC, and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and all of the essential appliances, from a full-size refrigerator with an ice maker to an extra-quiet dishwasher. A private, stacked washer/dryer and beach chairs are provided as well. On the grounds of Ocean Rise, you'll have access to an outdoor pool and sundeck, an outdoor shower, an elevator, a bike rack, and assigned parking.


This is the perfect spot for experiencing Maryland's most famous resort town. You'll be close enough to the beach for bathroom and lunch breaks, and just a few blocks from Northside Park, where you can enjoy fireworks displays, kayak and paddleboard rentals, crabbing and fishing off the pier, a children's playground, a bike path, and special events such as Sundaes in the Park (with live entertainment for adults and children to make your own sundaes every Sunday night in July and August). A variety of great restaurants, ice cream parlors, shops, and mini-golf courses are also close by as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
