El recientemente renovado Orleans Court (ganador del Premio Beauty Spot 2016) ofrece un condominio de 1 habitación / 1 baño en North Ocean City en el tercer piso. Este condominio tiene capacidad para 4 personas cómodamente, un amplio dormitorio principal con una nueva cama Queen y una sala de estar con el nuevo sofá cama Queen. Relájese en el balcón del dormitorio principal con muebles de patio nuevos o disfrute del tiempo en las piscinas o en el patio del área común con mesas, sillas y sombrillas. Muchos espacios para elegir.

La cocina recientemente renovada incluye una barra de desayuno, (4) taburetes de bar cómodos, un refrigerador grande, estufa y microondas junto con un lavaplatos económico. La cafetera, los platos, los cubiertos y los vasos están incluidos para su uso, junto con una gran cantidad de gabinetes de almacenamiento si lo necesita.

Ofrecemos servicio de Internet de alta velocidad por cable y gratuito (25 MB) en el condominio y una cerradura de puerta codificada con un número sin llave, por lo que tiene un 0% de posibilidades de perder la llave de su condominio. Hay un ascensor (ideal para el check-in y check-out) y (3) instalaciones de lavandería con monedas en la propiedad. Hay dos duchas al aire libre para enjuagar la arena antes de saltar a la piscina o dirigirse al condominio.

Amazing beach condo!

We were very pleased with our stay at the beach condo, it was one of our favorite stays in Ocean City! The condo was very clean and well kept, the community was awesome and it was in a great location. My kids especially loved the mini golf across the street! Keith was also a very responsive host and we would definitely rent from him again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay

The condo was very clean. The property owner was very responsive to any questions and made sure everything went smoothly. This is in a great location, just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of parking. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great stay

Everything was as described in the listing. The place was immaculate and very comfortable. Convenient to everything. We definitely would recommend it for others. Amazing place to stay!

We had an amazing vacation and loved the Condo! It was very clean and enjoyed the private balcony right off the bedroom. It was quiet and the pool was very refreshing after spending time at the beach. Keith was the best! Great communication and always responded quickly. Perfect place to stay in Ocean City, MD

Great condo

Great condo, great location. Family of 4 stayed here for 6 days. Plenty of space. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The condo was very clean, pool was well maintained, as well as the complex. Quiet place, would highly recommend. We will be back. Keith was great with communication! Thanks for everything!

Everything you need!

Our stay here was outstanding. The owner is fantastic. When you pull in and put your car in park… you don’t need to put it in drive again until you leave. Right next door is mini golf. Pizza and sub shop across the street. Ocean across on street. Arcade one block away. Seafood One block away. Ice cream one block away. Shopping next door with all the beach things you may need. The beach is amazing and was not crowded in August somehow. The pool is so peaceful and never too busy. It was an absolute blessing to stay here and we will be back again! My wife and kids did not want to leave.

Great week for our family!

This property is exactly as it is listed which was a wonderful experience! The place is beautiful and clean, and just the right size for our small family! We loved the deco and the newness and cleaniness of everything! Such a short walk to the beach and we only drove our car once, to the boardwalk, as we could walk to pretty much everything we needed. My daughter and I walked every a.m. and it was a nice a beautiful stroll around the condo to the park. The kids loved the Polly, especially that it was open so late, and the adults loved that we could have beverages while we watched them swim. We will definitely be going to back to OCMD, and this awesome condo!

PERFECTION FOR MY PARTY OF 3!

I had to shorten my review because I had TOO many good things to say!!! You can truck it up the steps for luggage unloading and loading or utilize the elevator. Whole condo is clean from the living room, to the kitchen, to the bathroom, to the bedroom. A/C units work great to keep the condo cool if it's a hot day but we mostly used the front screen door to enjoy the unseasonably cool week in August we enjoyed. Kitchen is more than adequate if you plan on cooking meals at the condo like my family and I did. Pots and pans are in great condition. Breakfast bar has more space than you know what to do with it! Shower has good water pressure and the grips are good enough to bathe small children without worrying about a slip and fall. Bedroom has plenty of dressers to store multiple family members clothes. Balcony is perfect for a night cap to just take in the fact you are on vacation. The pool is the highlight. Especially the kiddie pool. My little guy spent majority of his time in there. Had a pool guy servicing it EVERY morning. The close proximity to the beach is perfect too. Literally just walk across Coastal and BOOM you're there. The year round / summer residents were SUPER friendly and a joy to chat with while at the pool. Definitely a laid back vibe as a whole. If you are looking for a more family friendly place to stay or a more low key, quiet, experience in OCMD, I cannot recommend this condo enough. 10/10! We will be back!

Beautiful oasis

Loved the condo we stayed in, very cute, comfortable , clean! The grounds are beautiful, and loved how it was like an oasis with the fencing. Even though we were on the Main Street it felt very private. Close to the beach was a bonus!!!

Such a great time!

We really enjoyed our week at this condo and in Ocean City! The grounds and the pool were well maintained. The pool was never very busy. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with everything we could need! The beach is a very close walk and there is so much to do nearby. We also visited Fenwick and the Bethany Beach boardwalk because there were just up the road. We would recommend this property to anyone!

Great property, condo very clean, great location, only a block from beach, nice pool, putt putting golf across the street, walk to restaurants and shops and movies all close by. Owner very nice and available to speak to when I had questions. Everything you need to cook is there for you. I'd stay here again on next trip

Super cute and homey

Everything was perfect for our family of 3. Very close to the beach, pool was very nice and not crowded. Full kitchen made meals very easy. Good location and ample parking. All in all, 5 stars.

A lovely stay

We enjoyed a trip with our newborn and toddler. It was in a great location and the pool was great . The owner was in communication the whole time to make sure we were ok .

We liked this property because of all the recent upgrades, both Exterior and Interior. The Courtyard seems like a great place to unwind after a day at the beach and it's fairly quiet. We also loved the fact it has a pool and the convenience of an elevator for those days when you just don't want to take the stairs.
