Located on the ocean side of Coastal Highway, this beautiful townhouse will give you the vacation experience you deserve. The community offers a private walkway to the beach, and one of Delaware's fine state parks is just a short distance away. You'll also be just a quick drive from Bethany Beach for casual or fine dining, strolling on the boardwalk, or shopping.

The stairs in the foyer take you up to the main level. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are on this floor, along with a powder room and one bedroom. There is also a deck with seating and a table for alfresco dining. The next level has the primary bedroom with its own terrace and a bathroom with a spa tub. This level has an additional bedroom with a deck and another full bathroom with a shower. There is a laundry area with a washer/dryer on that level. The top floor has a bedroom with a private deck.

THINGS TO KNOW
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
