Tower Shores North Bethany Beach, es una comunidad de playa privada situada aproximadamente a 3 millas al norte de la ciudad de Bethany y 4 millas al sur de Dewey Beach. La casa se encuentra en el bloque Ocean Beach, tres casas de una playa virgen y privada, que está adyacente a dos millas del Parque Estatal Natural Delaware Seashore. La casa fue completamente renovada en julio de 2012 (electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, granito, pisos de madera, etc.) y consta de dos niveles, con balcones orientados al sur. Los balcones están en el segundo y tercer piso. La casa tiene 4 dormitorios con capacidad para 10 y 3 baños completos (además de una ducha climatizada al aire libre con total privacidad). La casa cuenta con internet inalámbrico, televisión por cable (con canales a pedido y premium) y reproductor de DVD. Nuevos televisores de pantalla plana en 2 dormitorios y la sala de estar.
El segundo piso es la sala de estar principal e incluye una sala de estar con balcón, amplio comedor, cocina completa, baño completo y una habitación king con TV adicional.
El tercer piso incluye el dormitorio principal con una cama King y balcón y baño completo, un dormitorio con cama queen y cama de día, un dormitorio con 3 camas individuales, baño completo con bañera. El estacionamiento en el puerto de autos puede acomodar 2 autos.

The house was very comfortable for our group of seven friends (some of them couples). Plenty of common areas for communal eating and playing group games. Proximity to the beach is excellent, and allowed us to make minimal use of our cars.

Spacious, accommodating, very clean and easy parking for two vehicles. Owner was very kind and extremely quick to respond to any questions. Very close to the private beach which was beautiful. If you plan on cooking in the kitchen for more than a couple of guest and using the charcoal grill both could use more utensils. Also, remember to bring your own sheets and towels.

Pleasant stay

I’ve stayed at a number of properties in this neighborhood (Tower Shores) over two decades. This is a solid rental property. Eugene is a very pleasant and easy to communicate with. The location is fantastic and the description is accurate. Some furniture is new, other furniture is clearly showing its age. A good basic rental.

Beautiful home

Excellent location with fantastic host

We had a wonderful stay at Eugene’s place. We made a last-minute decision to go to the beach for a weekend and booked the place the day before arriving. There were no issues and everything went smoothly. The house is perfect— better in person than in the photos. A little farther from Bethany than we’re used to but only a 5 min drive so no problem at all. And the beach is not busy at all!! We were there for a holiday weekend but still got a spot right by the ocean every day. Eugene is great, easy to contact and super nice guy. Would 100% recommend this place!

Tower Shores Vacation

This was our first time staying at this property. The location is great! Being so close to a private beach allowed us to travel back and forth between house and beach during the day without having to put up and dismantle the beach equipment each time. The community is just north of the Bethany town center. Matt’s Fish Camp is even a shorter walk than to the beach. Communication with the owner was easy, quick and outstanding. Eugene answered all of our questions promptly. For those of you who like to prepare your own meals you might want to consider bringing any of the pots, pans, utensils, spices, and other special items that you are used to using. Also, as an FYI, the bedroom located next to the dining room has sheer window coverings on the French doors so not completely private when the dining room and/or kitchen are in use. The main and bedroom levels each have outside balconies which we used a lot to play games or just enjoy being able to sit and enjoy being outside. All in all we had a great time especially since the owners provided great beach weather!

Great Family Atmosphere

The private beach was a perfect place for our whole family, and was LITERALLY 200 steps from the house! The home layout suited us very well for family time and meals, and the private outdoor shower was a huge bonus. We were just a short drive to Bethany's cute little town center where all our vacation traditions were satisfied. Overall, a great vacation.

Great beach rental

Very close to the beach. Comfortable with lots of space for the family. Owner is very quick to respond to any questions. All appliances worked well and air conditioning was able to keep up with several days in a row of 95 degree heat.

Our annual family beach vacation

This was our first time staying at this property and we are hoping to stay there again next year. The house was furnished well with comfortable beds and living room furniture. The dining area was large enough and able to seat all of our family for meals. We also like that it’s a very short walk to the beach. A special thank you to the owners for being so accommodating and considerate of their renters. We had a great vacation!

Great place,would rent again, great owner!

Home is lovely &well appointed. Has most everything you need. Half block walk to nice ramp to beach great for carts. Minor complaints are about the listing so I am alerting owner & to help other guest know what to bring or not.We are big grillers & grill dinners all week on trips. Listing shows a grill, but it is only a small 14” table top charcoal grill. We have rented at NJ shore for years & are used to a full size gas grill or at least charcoal grill provide. Luckily I asked Eugene and bought a cheap charcoal grill & left it for others to use. While it is owners right to supply a grill or not if they are going to list as an amenity for a home sleeping 10 it should be large enough to grill for 10, should be listed only as a small table top grill for renters use. On the other hand there is a nice safe modern crib on site that was perfect for my daughter’s 2 year old & came in so handy. Had we known we would not have packed a portable crib.As for TV, book on site lists it as cable tv, on demand &premium channels &dvd player. The 2 year old loves certain kids shows that keep her amused as we pack up for beach or make meals. Instead its DISH TV&NO on demand or premium channels unless you pay and DVD player did not work. Nice 1st FL BR is fine off dining room but has see thru shear curtains on French doors so not private nor dark if DR & kitchen in use. While the place is clean, tile floors can only be broom swept leaving your soles dirty by weeks end. A dust mop would help

Really enjoyed our stay. Eugene was very flexible and let us come in early since we arrived ahead of time. The house was very comfortable and the beds were great. It presented better than the photos. Overall, excellent week for the 4th. We will go again!

extended family get away

Roseanne's and Eugene's spot was a great location to enjoy with family. Tower shores is 200 steps to the beach (we counted!) and Matt's for a quick dinner next door is perfect. We had have some problems with the shower not working correctly and there was limited hot water. Eugene was easy to communicate with and sent a repair man quickly. Also, it could have been a tad cleaner. The floor was quite sandy when we entered the space. I was hoping there was a broom but no go.

Perfect location for family

This rental was a perfect blend of everything for our family. There was ample space and bathrooms. The short walk to the beach was very easy for our young children. The owner of the property was exceptional. He was very easy to get in touch with, communicated back in a very timely manner and was very accommodating to an extra request we made. We would absolutely go back.

Perfect beach stay for a non-beach person

I typically enjoy the mountains, but my children wanted the beach. I prefer Tower Shores neighborhood for the cleanliness, quietness, family atmosphere, unpopulated beach, and short walk to both the beach and Matt’s Fish Camp. This property was great for our family group.

Great location, fabulous owners and communication!

We booked last minute and could not have been happier! Just a short walk to the beach, friendly neighbors and community manager walking the streets. House was nicer in person than the pictures online, IMHO. Bathrooms weren't bad but not great but how much time do you spend there, really!?? :-) Owner could not have been nicer! I want to stay again because he was so nice! ( among other reasons). Great location between Dewey/Rehoboth and Bethany/Fenwick. So happy we chose this house!

Great place and excellent location

We have been visiting the Dewey/Bethany beach area for pretty much my whole life. The family home in the area has been getting too crowded so this year we decided to rent our own place. Eugene and Roseanne's place was the perfect location! We were steps from the beach which was a huge bonus. The property was great with plenty of room for the family. Eugene and Roseanne were fantastic to work with. They answered every question I had and was super responsive. Having Matt' s Fish Camp at the corner was also a bonus. We spent many a happy hour there. :) The neighbors were great and very friendly and helpful. If I had to critique the place, I would say the only issue we had was parking but this is the area, not a reflection of the owners or the property. We had access to the beach so of course everyone wanted to come over. We made it work though and it did not dampen our wonderful experience and great memories of this vacation. Highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking to spend some time in lower, slower Delaware.

My dream of owning a beach house finally became a reality. The house is the perfect vacation home for families. It is the ideal getaway that I have always hoped for and I look forward to sharing it with many new and old friends.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Being on the beach block was the one factor that was important to us. Families can go to the beach and have the ability to come home for lunch or nap without having to cross any streets. We take great pride in our beach house. With the new high-end renovations made in 2012, we use the house as much as possible, which means it is well cared for.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house has been renovated with high-end materials and is not like any other beach house. The house is a stones throw from the private beach and the state park is only two blocks away where you can surf fish, paddle board or surf all day.
