Tastefully decorated, the condo is part of the Carousel Hotel, which is famous for its ice rink and amenities mentioned above. Enjoy the oceanfront location with picture-perfect beach views and a convenient balcony with an outdoor dining area. Cook up a masterpiece in the fully-equipped kitchen and surprise your group with tasty meals and beach snacks. Then, you all can rest for a while watching TV or reading in the living room before heading out to one of the pools or the beach! The private washer/dryer on site will take care of your swimming suits and laundry during your stay.

No smoking and no pets, please.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Missing and torn ceiling tiles, leaking AC unit to downstairs, dingy furniture, and clearly updated some areas but not enough. Missing simple things like baking tray, oven mits, coasters, and decent wifi. Room was clean and had very nice views. Wish it could have been a little better. Love the building and area.

The views were amazing in this condo. The cookware was hit or moss of they had it, so we did end up buying some of our own. The showers were amazing and having the dishwasher, washer and dryer was an amazing feature. I did wish the was a swiffer or something to collect sand that ended up on the floors from the kids. Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely book again.

Stay during motorcycle rally

Property was pretty clean and check in process was easy. However there was a motorcycle rally going on in the hotel. They took over the parking lot and played incredibly loud music until after 11 pm at night both Friday and Saturday in clear violation of quiet hours.

Would not recommend

Beds were harder than a rock, dinning room chairs creaked everytime you moved, not enough lights in the place, stove worked half ass, microwave sparked when we'd put a plate in and after it shut off the microwave plate kept going around, the dishwasher wouldn't open the whole way, only some outlets worked, the shower heads were coming out of the walls, the patient furniture needs updated and the ac didn't work.

Good views!

Great views of sunrise and sunset. Furniture a little dated. Back porch furniture a little worse for the wear and beds not super comfy. AC didn't get cold very quickly. Dryer didn't work very well. Other than this, it was great. Awesome views, helpful staff, good amenities, activities for all, good value.

Book a different condo.

Extremely dim lighting, with few lamps and no overhead lighting in the bedrooms, dining and living areas. No extra blanket for the sofa bed, none provided despite numerous requests. Vacasa answered my texts and phone calls, but didn't act on them.

Family Friendly and Convenient

Though far from the closest boardwalk, there was plenty to keep everyone entertained from the indoor pool to the indoor ice skating rink and various onsite restaurants. Beachside fire pits added to the ambiance of evenings on the beach.

The Carousel is a unique/amazing property

The condo's are privately owned and many are rented out. We took a chance on this unit, and while the location was amazing, the property was in poor maintenance and dirty. We had bugs - probably killed a dozen of them walking around the floor, counter and even in the dishwasher. The sink faucet hardly worked - I cleaned the filter and it flowed fine afterwards. The property has had a bit of an upgrade but it was done poorly. The sink appears to be leaking under the cabinets too. Big crack between the backsplash and counters. You can't open the dishwasher the whole way because it's hits the oven drawer handle. There were no pans for the oven. The pots were slim. The frying pan needed thrown away. Stuff wasn't clean and saw some mouse poop too. In the master bedroom - the bedframe isn't put together correctly and the mattress sags in the middle. There was no mattress pad/protector and you can see body fluid marks on it. It was decently comfortable. The unit wasn't very clean - only on the surface. Lots of crap under the beds and behind furniture. Cables run across the floor. Sliding doors for the patio need maintenance and were hard to open. Front door was a bit harder to open than it should be, probably due to the wall issues around it. Could be a nice place, but definitely lacks maintenance. They showed up 10 minutes before checkout to change the linens. Kinda felt like cattle. It'd stay at the Carousel again. The pools/hot tub was nice. As was the game room, arcade, and ice skating. I just wouldn't recommend this unit.

All the outlets are loose! Hairdryers and such fall out of the loose outlets. Also, we seen four living roaches durning our stay.

Our condo was nicely updated and we loved the "starter kit" that was provided with everything we needed from bath soap, dish soap and laundry detergent to shampoo and trash bags. The Carousel has everything you could want, we especially loved the ice skating rink.

Family friendly but needs updating

The resort overall has good family friendly activities. However, the unit is a bit rough around the edges and outdated along with a lot of the resort. The unit was clean when we got there, so that is always a plus. One of the closet doors to the laundry was in one room behind the dresser. Towel rack was falling off in the bathroom and screen door kept coming off the track. Just a little bit clunky and outdated, but overall fine and usable for the cost.

Great views, but could be cleaner

This place has a great view of the beach from the deck. All we had to do was open the curtains and see the sunrise every morning. The kitchen was clean and the appliances were nice. The condo could use some updates but was fine for our short stay. My only complaint is that the carpet was dirty. My infants' legs were black from crawling on the carpet the second we got there. Sand is to be expected but the carpet was old and seemed like it needed a deep clean.

Great stay! A few improvements needed though.

The location, view, building amenities, and things to do and eat in the area are all as good as it gets. The house was clean. The house does have some things that could be upgraded; dishwasher won’t fully open, needs more lighting, carpet old and cut up, laundry door just to name the main issues. This is the third Vacasa home my family has rented and will continue to rent from them. With a few upgrades, this condo could be a 5 star rental
