New to the rental Market - Beautiful 2 BR 2 BA Cond with Pool

This stylish and updated unit is ready to make this your best summer vacation yet. Beautifully decorated, you can't help relaxing. There is newer flooring, wainscoting and flat screen TVs. The full-size kitchen has stainless steel appliances, new cabinets, tile backsplash, marble countertops and is ready to make those cost saving meals at home. Both bathrooms have been updated including subway tile in the shower/bath and new vanities with marble counter tops. There is also a washer/dryer and free Wi-Fi.
North Side Park, it is a great location for families that are participating in events organized events that take place there. On Sunday evenings, there is an event called "Sundaes at the Park" and features live music, free sundaes and fireworks! This event delivers on reliving those childhood memories and creating some new ones too!

You will also be close to many great restaurants/bars, mini golf, go carts, water slides, movies and of course the fireworks. The building is located about 2 blocks to one of the widest beaches in Ocean City and gives you plenty of room to spread out. . Any way you look at it, you won't be short on things to do during your trip!

So, come stay in this fabulous unit and create your own Ocean City memories!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
*This is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This unit is on the 1st floor but there are steps to get to it. There is no elevator.
* Two uncovered parking spots are provided.
* The outdoor pool is open between Memorial Day Weekend and Labor Day Weekend.
(We cannot control when any amenity closes due to an emergency or for standard maintenance.)
* Easy access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 125th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

Our weekend getaway at Hidden Harbour 2 was everything we had hoped for. The location was ideal ... just a short drive to the Ocean City boardwalk, Berlin, Fenwick Island, and even Rehoboth Beach, making it easy to explore the area. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. While we didn’t spend much time inside the condo, it was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made for restful nights after busy days out. We appreciated having access to Wi-Fi and Roku-equipped TVs in both bedrooms and the family room.Overall, it was a relaxing and convenient stay. We’d absolutely return for another visit!

We love this complex and the convenience of the pool. Walking distance to the beach was great. Beds were comfortable and we had enough room for 4 adults and 2 kids.

Wonderful stay and location

From booking to arrival all the way to departure it was smooth sailing. Very happy with the property and location. We had my parents, two young daughters (age 2 and 4) and it was great for all of us. Parents in master room with their own bathroom, us with our children in the bedroom with double beds and bathroom across the hall. Kitchen had everything we needed and happy to have a washer and dryer . Very happy with location. We could walk to dinner, mini golf, ice cream etc. We did drive two times to Funland in Rehoboth beach too, We will definitely be back !!!!

What a great place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo immensely. The location was perfect for a quiet getaway but also early assessable to all the fun parts of OC. The size of the condo was a perfect fit for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids). We loved the decor of the condo and they had lots of fun books/games for the kids. Loved the walkability to shops, restaurants, and the great beach assess. We would absolutely stay again!

Fantastic stay/rental

We were so pleasantly surprised to find a nice updated rental over the 4th (and from Monday to Friday). Loved the decor, beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, condo felt bigger than what the pics showed, large deck with Adirondack chairs and a table/ chairs. Great location and nice community. Pool was only steps away. Easy communication. We had a wonderful stay and would rent again.

The Photos Don't Tell the Whole Story an Honest Review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pros of this place are: the price=ok and the distance to the beach=about 1/3 of a mile. The cons are: the lockset was not installed completely and is missing the strike plate so while the door locks it has quite a bit of give(maybe 1/4 inch) which doesn't feel safe, the fan in the secondary bedroom could not be turned on high because it sounded horrible like it was going to fly off the ceiling and decapitate our son, and some of the furniture in the living room is stained...which is just gross + the couch stinks. While the rules state to broom sweep the floor, which is confusing since we paid for cleaning, there was no actual broom. There was a dust pan...but I cannot think of anyone who would use that on their hands and knees to get the entire floor. The vaccum sucked...but not literally. There was a bunch of sand on the floor near the washer/dryer closet when we arrived. Do Not start laundry if you have a sleeping baby. The washer is so loud=like a plane taking off. Unfortunately, no part of the coffee maker was cleaned. Tuesday night of our stay was met with drunkards partying loudly in the parking lot. For hours it sounded like someone was breaking into the unit. Hence the reason the lock REALLY needs to be installed to completion. With some tweaks this place "could" be really nice. We would NOT stay at this unit again.

Quiet, but close to lots of things to do.

Place was exactly as shown in pictures. It was clean, smelled clean, and had plenty of kitchen equipment. Quiet community at end of street, away from the main strip. Lots to do within walking distance. Property manager's communication was good as well. Highly recommend.

Time away from Philly

We decided to do a mini getaway from philly before school starts for my daughter. We enjoyed the stay here. The 20 second walk to the pool was a big plus. The home was very cozy. All of your kitchen needs was there to prep your vacation food and save you money.

Very Nice

Well appointed two bath two bedroom place about a half mile from the beach. The place was recently renovated. Kitchen was nice. Place easily accommodated our family of 4. Patio space was great to eat outside and clean off after a long day at the beach.
