Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Everything was just as expected, it was wonderful. The kitchen was a little outdated, but was stocked well with nearly everything we needed to prepare meals in the unit. The view, especially during sunrise, was picture perfect!

Wonderful Vacation Spot

Overall I loved this place. There were a couple of minor things that could use repair, but did not hinder our stay in the slightest. The location is nice and quiet, and the view is spectacular. The balcony was a bit larger than most places I have stayed before, which was nice. It is situated close to many restaurants as well as a grocery store, should you choose to make your own food. It is a great place if you have children with you since in addition to the beach, there is a large park with a playground just a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to family and friends.

Beautiful View but..

The condo was clean and everything worked as expected which was wonderful to find. The only improvements that could be made would be adding an umbrella and sand chairs to enjoy the beach. The balcony is the place to ebe for the view BUT the stackable chairs are uncomfortable for any length of time (30 min plus). I could actually spend the day out there given comfy chairs.

Needs new management

The facility was as advertised. After driving all day we were one hour from the property when we got a call from the management group. We were informed that we would need to purchase linens for the condo. There would be no bed linens, bath towels., kitchen towels etc. They refunded our cleaning fee that covered the cost but we wasted our first day shopping. Not the way I wanted t spend my time on vacation. It is the time that I cannot recoup. Rest of the stay was nice and uneventful.
