¡Disfruta de esta escapada relajante recientemente actualizada en la playa!

Este condominio ha sido meticulosamente mantenido y actualizado.

Ubicado en la playa de la calle 99, verás hermosas puestas de sol sobre la bahía desde cada habitación y verás las olas del océano desde el balcón.

Esta es una unidad de dos niveles. El cuarto de abajo tiene dos camas individuales con colchones nuevos. El dormitorio de arriba tiene una cama queen con colchones nuevos. El salón tiene un sofá cama queen size. Seis adultos serían un apretón apretado; Sin embargo, una mezcla de adultos y niños funciona bien.

Overall this property was excellent! We have stayed in multiple different places over the years and this has been our favorite. Everything was exactly as described! Views were amazing! It could have been a tad cleaner but definitely a lot better than some other places I have stayed. We enjoy this condo very much and look forward to possibly renting it again in future years!

Ocean front

Please note: the 50 for parking is cash only so plan ahead.The condo was clean updated and had everything we needed.What we didn’t like- 1: both bedrooms faced the bayside which means all you heard was coastal highway traffic and the lights were bright. 2: only stairs to access the beach so don’t even bother with a wagon or beach trolly. 3: it is 2 floors, so not conducive for families with children. The bedrooms are on separate floors.With that being said it is not a condo we would choose again. We prefer a different layout for our family. But the owners were wonderful and the co do was clean and updated. The building was also very clean and well maintained

Fabulous View!!

Pros: Excellent unit with amazing views and it’s very clean. Usually we have to figure out all the things we forgot but it has everything!! It’s close to all the necessities and fun while being in the area we love, the family area. The grocery store (acme), 711, and wine rack are literally within walking distance. We discovered the most amazing restaurant, bluefish, this trip (Chinese, Thai, sushi, etc) and we have been to all those countries, it was delicious and down the block!Thoughts: You do have to make your own beds and then strip and wash the linens/towels at the end .. not sure if that’s the norm these days but but as a family of 5 that was a lot of work and I would rather have the option to pay for the service, Our kids were 2, 4 & 7 and managed the stairs just fine but something to consider if your kids aren’t ready. They had 2 gates if needed. Lastly, We explicitly said on day one that the balcony was off limits unless we were with them bc it’s on the 19th floor and it worked out fine but also, something to consider!

Beautiful views

You definitely won’t get any better views then what you get staying on this property. Having both the ocean front and the view of the bay, we have some amazing pictures of sunrises to sunsets.Communication and check in were very easy. The property was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful condo. Loved the 2 bedrooms with the bathrooms connected. Kitchen and everything else was perfect. The area is Very nice with a grocery store within walking distance. Getting to and from the beach was easy. Everything was very clean and easy to access. For one of the bedrooms, there is a day bed which has a second mattress underneath that pulls out. For us we wished the mattresses connected. Unfortunately it was just 2 twin beds, with one of them on wheels, so it rolled around. The biggest thing I wished we knew was the building allows smoking. Unfortunately the neighbor on the balcony next to us was smoking. The balconys are not very private. As non smokers, this forced us to sit inside with the doorwall shut. Just to note: you have to pay additional for parking, it is not included in your fee to stay. The property itself was very nice. Having the corner view was very nice. Anytime I contacted the owner with questions or concerns they responded within a timely manner. I would give the owner/condo 5 stars and the property as a whole 4 stars due to the smoking.

Very pleased with the rental. Check in was seamless. The unit was very clean and comfortable. A lot of reviews mention having to use the cargo elevator. I found no problem with the elevator. I am elderly, so the stairs in the unit were difficult but not a deal breaker.

Great location, well maintained, perfect views!

We overall loved staying here! The views are unmatched, and it was a nice quiet corner of the 19th floor. The space had everything you needed, and it was super convenient not to have to bring sheets, towels, or beach chairs & toys. The indoor pool was an awesome bonus. Katie is an excellent communicator, responsive, and clearly takes pride in this space and wants to provide a positive experience. We loved the direct beach access (not handicap accessible from the building, FYI), and it was a quiet part of OCMD but a quick drive to everything! Some things helpful to know: The entrance is on the lower level with just the second bedroom, and you have to go upstairs to access the main floor living area & bedroom. There is no railing, so folks with limited mobility may have difficulty getting up and down the steps. Also, the balcony sliding doors don’t have kid-proof / high locks, so if you have younger kids who are adventurous, independent escape artists or climbers, be forewarned you need to be vigilant. We loved our vacation to OCMD and would totally be interested in returning to this condo!

Great Week in OCMD

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The host was easy to communicate with and quick to reply. The views of the ocean and bay were extraordinary and the beds were comfortable. All furniture was either new or in good shape. The only thing lacking would have been the cleanliness of the unit upon our arrival. I would have preferred that the unit had been cleaned a bit better (dust, hair, etc.), but I am pretty picky about this so it may have just been me! Towels and linens are older so you may want to consider bringing your own if that matters to you. For us they were perfectly adequate.

Great views!

Nice home away from home. Steps to the beach, beautiful views from both sides, ocean on one side and bay on the other. Watched fireworks from bedroom Sunday and Tuesday night. Communication with owner was easy and responded with an hour. Very clean and peaceful. Thanks for having us!

Beachfront vacation

This is a very nice location if you are interested in being in driving distance to all of the OC MD activities and very close to Bethany, Dewey and Fenwick Island Beaches. Rehoboth is less than an hr drive and so is Assateague Island beaches. Owner is very accommodating!

Family vacation

Great location and amenities. The housekeeping service could have done a better job cleaning the bath/ shower between renters but overall a great place and would definitely stay again. Having the beach a few steps away is convenient and the views of both the ocean and bay are second to none. I would recommend this property to anyone that’s looking for a stay in Ocean City.

Great place to stay!

Our vacation rental was perfect- great for a family of 4. The location couldn’t be beat! We loved hearing the ocean while inside the property. Amenities were awesome- all beach items needed were provided. Kids loved having a beach and pool just an elevator ride away. Thanks for a great week!

The rooms were excellent with an amazing view of the ocean.

The home owner was very easy to work with and sent our reminder emails and follow up to make sure I received everything needed for our stay. The unit made us feel right at home.

Nice Property

This was a very nice property to stay at. The condo and building were both lovely. The indoor pool was a plus. The only thing I did not like was the entry way to the condo. It was a bit tight for everyone to get in with our stuff with out crawling over each other.

Wonderful, relaxing vacation!

Our stay in North Ocean City was amazing! The condo was perfect in every way for our family. We loved the terrace which had brilliant views of the water. We captured some great sunrise shots and spent our breakfasts and evenings sitting outside listening to the water. At night, the sunsets were spectacular and were captured by the bedroom windows. The condo was very comfortable for our family - and our teen loved having his own space. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was so nice to be able to do laundry during the week. We all had room to stretch out throughout the condo and not feel like we were on top of each other. It is also an end unit, so it was very quiet. The location was also a plus. Close enough to stores, activities and restaurants but far enough to have a quiet beach just steps away without large crowds and parking nightmares. Katie, our host, was so attentive. She sent us links to activities in the area which came in handy. She answered any questions we had promptly and was accessible. We can't wait to plan another trip and stay here!

Wonderful Condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The ocean view was terrific. The kitchen was very modern and fully stocked with kitchen tools. We make breakfast and lunch every day. The washer and dryer are conveniently in the unit. The storage locker had everything we needed for the beach. We would definitely visit again.

Beach Trip

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a week and I could not have been happier. Everything went smoothly and everything associated with this property was extremely convenient. There is a bus stop right across the street and the convenience of its location and access to the beach, pool, stores and other things was perfect. We will definitely stay here again

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Both my husband and I have been coming to the shore since we were little kids. When we married and had kids of our own, we continued the tradition. We loved the comfort and convenience of ocean-front condominiums and rented various units throughout the years. When we saw the views from this Century I unit, we fell in love and bought it immediately.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

In the span of a few hours we can watch the sun set over the bay from our bedrooms and view the full moon shining over the ocean. Sights like that melt all of your worries away.
