The Space:
Zenwood Manor is a beautiful contemporary black cottage that blends style and comfort in a peaceful environment. Upon entering on the main level, you're greeted by a bright, open-concept kitchen, dining and living area with air conditioning. The space combines a mix of wood tones, neutral colors and modern accents with large windows and a sliding glass door that opens to an outdoor deck.

The fully equipped kitchen boasts sleek white cabinets, white marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a wooden dining table with black chairs and a stylish coffee bar corner while the living area presents a woodstove set against a striking black-and-white patterned tile backdrop, comfortable seating, a TV, ceiling fan and laptop friendly work area.

There is a second living room, on the lower level, also outfitted with AC. This cozy space includes an integrated bookshelf and work area along with a plush sofa, two single armchairs, and a bean bag arranged around a coffee table in front of a TV.

Each bedroom is bright, airy and thoughtfully designed for comfort. On the main level, the master bedroom is furnished with a queen sized bed, plush sofa, wooden armoire and has an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower. Guest bedroom one, also on the main level, is a larger space featuring two twin beds while guest bedroom two, located on the lower level, has a queen sized bed. The guest bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower combination which is on the main level.

The spacious wraparound deck offers sleek black railings, Adirondack chairs, a grill and patio furniture. Zenwood Manor creates the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation, unwinding and enjoying the surrounding views!

Livingston Manor, NY, offers a diverse range of activities and dining options suitable for both summer and winter visits. The area is an outdoor enthusiast's dream with scenic hiking trails, perfect for both seasoned hikers and beginners.

A few trails worth checking out include Hewitt & Trout Ponds for a more relaxed trail, this is a beautiful spot for an easier hike with peaceful pond views; Willowemoc Wild Forest with scenic views and tranquility or Balsam Lake Mountain a moderately difficult hike that leads to amazing views from the summit. Livingston Manor is one of the most famous towns for fly fishing in the United States, especially along the Beaverkill River known for its abundant trout. Zenwood Manor is just over 2 hours from New York City. A car is essential for getting there and exploring the area. The main access routes are the NY-17 E, US-6 E and Palisades Interstate Pkwy S. We strongly recommend a 4x4 or a car with four-wheel drive, especially in winter, to handle snow and gravel roads.

Please Note: This home does not have central air conditioning. However, there are two remote-controlled AC/heat wall units—one located in the upstairs living room and the other in the downstairs den. Tower fans are also provided to help cool the bedrooms during the warmer summer months.
