Immaculate spacious 3/2 in the heart of Miami, FL

Take a deep breath and feel the calming energy of this family-friendly home located in a quiet neighborhood just a short walking distance to Nicklaus Children's Hospital and near some of Miami's most beautiful and sought-after destinations, including: The Biltmore Hotel, Downtown Coral Gables and The University of Miami. Make this centrally-located tropical escape your home base to enjoy all of the best attractions Miami has to offer. Bring your children, pets, or even your work and ENJOY!
The space
The home is a beautiful example of open-concept Miami midcentury architecture, beaming with natural light. You will enter into the large living space which includes the combined living and dinning room. When looking out at the patio through the gorgeous portrait window behind the dining table, rooms and bathrooms are all located to the left and the kitchen and laundry room are to the right.
Guest access
Parking is available under the carport and on the circular driveway. Guests will be given a unique access code to unlock the front door during their stay.

*A pack 'n play and booster seats are available upon request
*Please alert host if you plan to bring well-behaved pets. Pets must be approved ahead of your stay. There will be a small fee per pet. Service animals may stay for free.

Wonderful weekend

This was a great spot for a fun weekend with friends. Everything we needed was in the house and the owner was VERY responsive when we had questions about the AC. Clean, comfortable and a great getaway.

Lovely and immaculate home

This was the perfect home for our family to visit our son and his family in Coral Terrace. It was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. We loved the outdoor space!

The location is close to everything. The house is nicely appointed and comfortable, except the bathrooms are a bit small. Many extras were provided, making it an enjoyable stay.

We were in Miami on occasion of a sporting event and I spent the weekend with my 2 sons ages 18 and 30. Property was clean, well appointed and in a great neighborhood. We had everthing we needed! Would highly recommend!

Perfect for visiting your UM student!

My husband and I brought our dog, my parents, and my son' GF down to visit my son who's at UM. This was a GREAT place to stay! Great backyard, tons of space to spread out, and super clean. My parents liked the mattress in the master so much we took the bedding off on the last day to check the brand. It was too firm for me, but my dad said he hasn't slept like that in years. Great stay!

Fantastic little house

We had a great time ! Ericka and Eric are fantastic people , super attentive with us , extremely polite , FENOMENAL people . We were there for 4 days with our pets and had a great time . Beautiful house ! We recommend this house to anyone , go there and enjoy Miami , you will have no problems . Thank you guys , we had a great time . Carl & Kattia

Would definitely stay again!

Great house! Clean and bright. Truly love the simplicity of the decor, no clutter whatsoever. We came from Delaware to move our son into University of Miami and it was a great decision. Very relaxed atmosphere. Check in and communication were a breeze. My only suggestion is to have one or two more comfortable chairs in the living room for a better gathering space. Will absolutely be back!

Nice Cozy location

Very clean facility. The check out time was exceeded by us and therefore we are sorry for the inconvenience. But the place was safe and there are local stores nearby. One think it lacked was the number of pots and pans and the flatware. There were only 4 sets of flatware and I think if there is a family of four or five the kitchen should have more utensils. Erica was a superhost and vey accommodating. Loved our stay, Check in and out was a breeze.

Great location for visiting Miami

Spent the weekend in Miami to take in a ballgame with my family and 2 small dogs. House has everything you need for a quick getaway or week long stay. Nice fenced in backyard. Safe for dogs and children. I will stay here again the next time I visit the area.

Fantastic home in a great neighborhood!

We stayed at this beautiful Coral Terrace home when we were in town for our son's college graduation from the Univ of Miami! First of all- the home was spotlessly clean, and well set up for a family stay. The house is beautifully decorated, the beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were lovely. We enjoyed an afternoon in the backyard listening to the birds and enjoying time together as a family. The owners were kind enough to leave us a bottle of bubbly and some graduation cups to start off our celebration- so very sweet! Highly recommended!
