Four seasons end-unit townhome in Hidden Valley Resort overlooking the 17th fairway and just minutes from the ski slopes. Features over 2,000 square feet with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 comfortably. Full kitchen with Bosch dishwasher. High speed cable WiFi is included, with password shared at booking. We are dedicated owners and have put love into our townhome. New 2024 upgrades include granite countertops in the kitchen and new wood-burning fireplace insert that makes the home very cozy in the wintertime. Come relax in Hidden Valley! Sorry, no smoking allowed. Up to 2 small dogs are allowed. We have hosted using ABB for years and are listing in VRBO new in 2025 and look forward to hosting your stay.

Scientist and educator whom loves to travel for both work and play. Started coming to Hidden Valley as a child for family skiing and have continued with my own kids. Throw in some fishing and golf and you have a perfect retreat. Hidden Valley is a wonderful place for R&R. Favorite quote - "Life is frittered away with detail. Simplify, simplify". HD Thoreau

We have customized our home to take advantage of the four seasons living offered at Hidden Valley Resort. The property is now offered for long-term rentals only.
The most popular time to visit is the winter, where the townhome is < 5 min drive from the slopes and we are on the complimentary shuttle route to the Hidden Valley slopes. Skiers have their pick of either Hidden Valley or neighboring Seven Springs resorts, as Seven Springs is ~20 min drive away. A new wood burning fireplace was just installed to make the house warm for after your day on the slopes.
In the Spring through Fall, we love watching golf off the 17th green and the “tree-house” atmosphere on the expanded back deck. It is especially beautiful in the Fall when the leaves change.

Our property is surrounded by Roaring Run Nature Area and two Pennsylvania State Parks - Kooser and our favorite, Laurel Hill. Local attractions within a 35 minutes drive include “Fallingwater” by Frank Lloyd Wright and Ohiopyle for white water rafting and hiking.
