Falling water is just perfect. The layout, the vegetation and the pool are georgous. For work, for romantic gateway, for fun family you will enjoy. The condo is near everyting. No trafic, Naples is easy to drive. The best beach, place to visit and so good restaurant are in abondance.

The condo is in a beautiful area with a great pond and waterfall feature behind it and plenty of privacy. Nice pool in development and access to downtown is relatively easy.

Very Nice Location

Falling Waters is a mature development with a large resort style pool that was convenient to the condo. The condo was very clean, comfortable and has nice privacy overlooking a pond and wild area. Some of the furniture is showing its age and could be updated.

Falling Waters our favorite destination

Very nice condo. Well appointed. Felt very roomy & bright. Kitchen was well stocked & clean which we enjoyed because we like to cook on occasion. There were a few minor glitches that were taken care of quickly. We would definitely stay here again. The pool area in this complex will bring you back every season !!!

Falling Waters Davis Avenue

The condo was very nice. Some furniture was showing some age, but nice. The floor rugs need replacing and carpet was clean, but had some stains. The resort is well cared for and the pool is awesome, along with a few social activities.

Naples Vacation

We had a great time during our stay. The owner was very helpful and responsive. The condo was very roomy, clean and in great shape. Make sure if you are arriving after 10:00 pm, communicate with property owner. The pool is big and awesome. Just check the hours and availability with property owner. We would recommend this condo.

Great Stay

Love Falling Waters and loved this place. Perfect location - easily walkable to pool/tennis/bocce ball in minutes. The pool is wonderful. The unit backs up to a nice pond with no other units in sight. Well appointed - especially the kitchen which has almost every tool or implement needed. Close to Naples Pickleball Park and 15-ish minutes to downtown and beaches. The property manager was very responsive when we had a dreaded fire-alarm chip starting. Overall, very happy with our experience!

Falling Waters 2023 Season

Lovely two bedroom first floor condo in Falling Waters. This is the second time staying in Falling Waters and first time with this condo. The unit is situated in a quiet section with views of lake and wooded area from the enclosed lanai. Complete privacy and very quiet even with other units above and beside occupied. We were able to have access to a single car garage and additional parking was available. The condo was very nicely decorated and every utensil and appliance was in excellent condition and available. Our host, Marie was very accommodating and available if we had any questions or concerns.
