Located in the heart of downtown, this 4BR/4.5BA townhome features modern furnishings, a chef’s kitchen, and plenty of space for your group to spread out. The slopes and hiking trails of Winter Park are just 10 minutes away. After a fun-filled day on the mountain, relax in the private hot tub.

An array of shops and delicious restaurants are within walking distance.

LIVING AREA

High ceilings and a plethora of windows flood the spacious living area with natural light. Cozy up on two couches and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. A 60” flat-screen TV sets the scene for movie nights.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances -- including a Viking gas range and oven. A large wooden island seats eight and provides ample meal preparation space.

When it’s time to eat, a dining table seats six, and the breakfast nook seats four.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This four-story home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms.

Take in mountain views from the privacy of the master bedroom, appointed with a king bed, 35” TV, and a cozy reading nook. An en-suite bathroom provides a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a bathtub.

The guest bedroom on the lower level is outfitted with two twin-over-queen bunk beds. The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen-over-queen bunk bed, while the fourth guest room offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A bathroom with a tub/shower combination is located in the hallway.

A half bath next to the kitchen provides added convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA

Fire up the gas grill on the balcony and host an afternoon cookout. Enjoy a refreshing beverage at the bistro table for two.

A spiral staircase leads down to the hot tub, where relaxation awaits after an exhilarating day on the slopes.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for two cars (one in the garage and one in the driveway).

This rental does not have air-conditioning. Please note that the spiral staircase to the hot tub may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

For a scenic walk and potential moose sightings, head to the Fraser River Trail. Adventure seekers will love having over 600 miles of mountain biking trails between Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Granby Ranch.

Beautiful home but it needs repairs. The major issue was the water leaking from the upstairs hallway bathroom downstairs. There were several other issues: the smoke alarm was erroniously going off; the hose for the grill out side was leaking (on the connection to the gas tank) and was inoperable; the shower downstairs did not work (tub worked but shower wouldn't turn on); along with several pieces of trim or items falling apart (the hood vent above the range.

Family Reunion

Odd property -terrible customer service

Hot tub never worked for a week inspite of frequent request for service. Odd layout lots of stairs including between the lounge and kitchen. Do not rent if you do not like going up and down stairs. Not enough seating in lounge. Beds were good. Poor water pressure on upper floors

Great spot

The property is beautiful and so well maintained. It is the perfect spot for you to walk ANYWHERE in town. Check in and check out was easy and the wifi is lighting fast. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. I've lived in Winter Park off and on for the last 20 years and would not only recommend Red Quill but hope to stay there again.

Had a beautiful time with family. Even though the heater was not correctly functioning someone came out the next day to get it fixed other than that we had fun. We enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a lot of people

Great home for many people without feeling over crowded. Close to many restaurants and shops! The bus to the mountain was easy and made for quick trips to get on the hill! Be prepared to buy basic kitchen essentials. Beyond that, awesome place!

Very nice place. This is a ski chalet not a five Dimond hotel. The property is fairly new, and has been lightly used considering it sleeps 12 comfortably in beds not pull out couches. This is not a place for people that can’t do stairs. The hot tub was not gross like some of the vacation rental. Oh and they texted us 4 hrs early to say the house was ready. Thank you.

Excellent Ski Weekend

Our group of friends had an excellent ski weekend here. Very close to the resort shuttle, nice hot tub, living and dining areas were great for games and hanging out.

Great location

This place was in a perfect spot. Walking distance to many great restaurants. A short shuttle ride to the slopes. Sleeping wise it accommodated our group of 13 people. Despite there being issues with heating/hot water (which was out of their hands) they made right of it and kept us updated throughout the entire stay. Thank you for the great hospitality and costumer service!

Great place in Winter Park

From start to finish our group had a great experience. The place was clean, well stocked with the basic necessities and located right off US40 which made in convenient to walk to restaurants/shops. The private hot tub is a bonus and having overflow parking on site is a great feature. We had a group of seven and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommended!!!

Great location

We had a large group stay. The townhouse was perfect, spacious, with plenty of beds and room to spread out. The location is perfect as it allowed everyone to come and go as they please and walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. We had a great week.

Great place and location

Loved it! Great place and location, lots within walking distance. We had a family reunion here (12 of us) and the only thing we could've asked for was maybe another couch so we could all be comfortable in one room.

Good for groups, hot tub did not work

The home is good for groups and has lots of spaces, especially if you want some adult time away from kids, because all of the levels really split it up. Kitchen was well stocked and good for cooking and the grill worked well. It has a lot of stairs, so not great for anyone with any mobility issues. The hot tub was not working and had not been serviced for months, so was green, and according to the repair guy that came out "toxic" which was disappointing because we chose the location based on the hot tub. I also do not recommend the top bunks in the basement for children as they are open on the side facing the wall, but the wall is set back from the beds so there is a large area where a kid could fall.

The heating systems doesn't work very well in the living area and there were dirty dishes and cups in the cabinets. A lot of potential with some better attention to details would be more welcome.

RED QUILL VILLAGE

This location was PERFECT for a large group. Plenty of space for everyone to sit and eat meals. There are multiple levels, so you never felt like you were in each other space. Be prepared to climb multiple levels of steps, which is not a bad thing.

Harley Ride

We rode Harleys to WP to see the leaves. The place was great. Very central. We did not have paper towels or much toilet paper when we arrived. They were responsive to our text, but we just went and bought our own.
